We have just returned from a 3 week trip to find our home well looked after, and our dog happy and settled. We appreciated that, prior to our departure we were able to get together with Charlie and Kageni twice to introduce them to Chloe and to show them around our home. Also, their flexibility re the dates allowed us to take a last-minute offer to extend our trip and visit friends overseas. Chloe instantly took to Charlie and Kageni and we could see from the photos they sent that all was well. ... We were super satisfied with how well our fur-baby was taken care of by Charlie and Kageni! They came to meet us to get to know our cat and home a few days before their stay, and on the day they completed their stay, they sent a list of all the chores they'd completed so we didn't need to worry. We received photos along the way and communication was smooth. Very grateful for the care they shared.

Such a wonderful experience having Charlie and Kageni house sit and care for our dog. Communication was excellent, we even received updates with videos on how our dog was enjoying walks and runs at the beach. We came home to fresh beds, a clean house and a very happy dog. I would highly recommend Charlie and Kageni, lovely people, and a totally stress free holiday was enjoyed!

We feel absolutely blessed to have found Charlie & Kageni to look after our very much loved senior cat (16 years old) and our home whilst on holiday.
From the very first contact, I felt completely comfortable and at ease with Charlie and Kageni. They were also highly approved by our cat which is no easy task as he is a very suspicious boy when meeting strangers! However, he took to them immediately and they became good friends which meant my husband and I could enjoy our overseas holiday ... Outstanding sitters !!!
Charlie and Kageni saved us when another sitter let us down. We had just 3 days to find somebody before leaving the country.
How lucky we were to have them sit for us.
Our Lulu is the most timid of cats but soon took to Charlie and Kageni like old friends. Their commmunication, which included texts, photos and videos, was first class.
10 out 0f 10 for them both.
So hoping that we are lucky enough to have them sit for us later in the year.

Charlie and Kageni spent two weeks at our place looking after our home and our Kitten Bert. We were so happy with the whole experience with them. They kept us updated and sent us photos of our fur baby. Their communication was perfect. We came home to a clean house and a very happy kitten. Bert was particularly stoked with the toys that were hand made her her. We hightly recommend Charlie and Kageni and would definitely book them again if we need another house sit.

This was our first house sitting experience and we were most fortunate in selecting Charlie and Kageni. They kept our home clean and tidy despite some very challenging wet weather! Of particular importance to us was that they cared for our dog Teddy with love and attention as if he were their own. Communication was easy and regular. We were happy and satisfied with all aspects of the sit.

Could not have asked for a more positive experience with Charlie and Kageni. Our main worry before leaving for our holiday was our Golden Retriever but they both looked after him like he was their own and sent through plenty of photos. Upon our return we could tell he was well taken care of and our house was spotless.

We had the privilege of hosting Charlie and Kageni to take care of our little dog and family home for 2 weeks in December. Our experience could not have been better! They arrived the night before we left for our trip so that we could show them through our home and chat about our needs whilst we were away. This is to share what lovely humans we had care for our furbaby. Harry, our little old gentleman is a Golden Retriever with a significant number of special needs....afterall he is 15 and a half yo.
At all times Charlie and Kegini were warm, lovely and kind to our Harry. They sent us pics and kept us updated on Harry. Our house was beautifully presented upon our return and best of all Harry was in great condition and good spirits.

Charlie and Kageni were the perfect house/dog sitters and we could not have been happier. They sent us photos and updates of the dogs, took them on many walks and even a few trips to the beach. I think they have been very spoilt while we were away.

We feel so lucky to have met Charlie and Kageni! Beautiful people who did an amazing job looking after our house, garden and menagerie of animals (and there really were a lot of animals!!). Communication with them was always easy, pleasant and reassuring, such that we had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday knowing that our animals were receiving the highest quality care and attention. Absolutely cannot recommend them highly enough! These two are gems.

They really helped him on his healing journey, they even took him out in his pram to cafes so he could still socialize! They ... Charlie and Kageni are a fun-loving couple who took excellent care of our home, vegetable garden and Bushy, our loveable fox terrier. We enjoyed their company prior to leaving on holiday and knew that our home and dog were in good hands. We cannot rate Charlie and Kageni highly enough. When we returned from our not-so-great cruise, we found an immaculate house, a happy cat, our many potted plants thriving, and newly changed beds ready for us to crawl into. While we were marooned, Charlie and Kageni managed to stay in contact and after we went into quarantine, they very kindly returned for an additional 10 days until we were able to make it home. Charlie and Kageni are friendly, dependable and great with a spoiled cat!

Charlie and Kageni looked after my house, garden and cat for 5 weeks - they were wonderful, - the house was spotless when I returned and the garden had survived well in very hot dry conditions - achieving this with water restrictions in place is not easy!. I 100% recommend this kind, caring and compassionate couple to look after your home and pets . They bring a sense of calm and peacefulness with them and it stays after they have departed!
