We are Jane & Sergio and we would love to be considered to care for your cherished pets, home and garden.
After living in Northern NSW, we have been privileged to travel our home country of Australia for the past two years while lovely tenants care for our home in Ballina we sold up and bought a house in Yeppoon where we now live however from December 2024 we are renting out our home and heading south to be closer to our elders in Brisbane.
Together we've been housesitting for a number of years while on the road and also in our home town of Yeppoon and have gained experience with a great variety of homes including rural properties as well as coastal towns. Having owned and cared for a variety of farm, exotic and house hold pets your property and furry friends pets would be in safe hands with us.
We are keen gardeners and love to take pride in caring for your home. We also have experience in Air B n B Hosting so maybe you have a rental that you may also like us to take care off while you are away ...which we are open to. We are looking for longer housesits from December 2024 onwards where we can provide you with total caretaking of your home and pampering your pets.
We are:
Committed, honest, totally reliable, happy, healthy couple, non-smokers /drinkers. Very clean and tidy. Nature loving with a keen eye for animals, gardens and home needs. We offer confidence in the fact that we have both worked in aged care/special needs, have police checks and working with children check. We have no pets, children or friends travelling with us and we do not need any space to store a caravan better still we charge no fees for our services!
We provide:

We have experience house and pet sitting and come with great references.
We are not new to volunteering/assisting and take enjoyment caring for others needs where we can.
We are more than happy to keep you updated with photos or emails/texts/ skype chats regarding your pet and home while you are away should you wish.

Jane and Sergio did an amazing job cat and house sitting for us in Karratha. The house was absolutely spotless when we returned and our cat Star was so relaxed. Our cat Star can be difficult on short stays until she gets to know our house sitters but Jane and Sergio had no problem bonding with her. They even managed to brush Star daily so she was soft and happy when we came home. Thank you Jane and Sergio. Safe travels.
We felt so fortunate to have Jane & Sergio looking after our house and property, including cattle whilst we were on holidays in Europe. Their attention to detail, communication and real engagement with the property was really appreciated. Our cows were calving through the time they were here and they kept a close eye on everything and sent photos as each calf arrived. We could not recommend Jane & Sergio highly enough. After a month away we returned to our house and garden never looking better. It was obvious they cared for everything as if it was their own.
