Anyway, hello there!
We are a responsible, professional Team Leader / High School Music Teacher / Entrepreneur couple. Blake is from the Blue Mountains, NSW & Sandy is originally from Gothenburg (Sweden). We feel very blessed so far to have looked after over 30 different lovely houses and have met such wonderful people and their pets while house sitting since 2014.
Blake, originally from the middle of NSW, has had experience with animals of all kinds and Sandy has had her fair share too. Some of the animals we've cared for in the past have included dogs, cats, horses, cows, poultry, fish, guinea pigs, snakes & other reptiles, and much more. Blake is an an expert with fish and marine tanks. As you can see, we have a great deal of experience with animals of all kinds and are happy and confident in our ability to look after your pets if you have any! We are also able to look after your garden while you are away.
We have no problems with collecting mail, doing the required jobs around the house, keeping your property immaculate as well as being in contact with you, sending updates and photos of your garden and pets, or simply a happy snap or two of us relaxing on your back deck soaking up the rays, reading a book! We understand that peace of mind is essential for you to enjoy your time away.
We are non smokers, non drinkers (*Sandy enjoys a glass of wine every now and then) and would really appreciate if the house is clean and located in a peaceful location, preferably somewhere to enjoy natural surroundings such as the ocean/beach, bush, parks, or lakes. We would love somewhere that we can enjoy getting outdoors and be in touch with nature. Blake absolutely loves his sport which he has been playing since he was knee high to a grasshopper and Sandy has danced for many years. We love walks along the beach, bike riding, snorkelling - any kind of fitness really - and our creative pursuits.
Blake has a Bachelor of Music and Master of Teaching with his main instruments being piano and saxophone which he has been playing for a bit over 20yrs. Sandy has an Advanced Diploma in Tourism and loves to travel and see the world.
Blake has a police clearance check completed through his school teaching and Sandy has got her National Police Certificate as well as a Swedish police check. We also have glowing character and house sit references so if needed, please contact us so we can forward the desired information to you.

Brilliant,brilliant house/pet sitters.

Sandy & Blake are lovely people & I could not have been happier with the experience they provided. The house was immaculate on our return & my dogs (who are elderly) were clearly so happy & content; I could just tell they had been looked after so well & given lots of love & attention in our absence.
The lawns were done without me asking & communication was excellent.
I thoroughly recommend Sandy & Blake as wonderful house & pet sitters.

If you are fortunate enough to have Blake and Sandy look after your home and pets, you have hit the jackpot! Right from the get go, their communication was brilliant, they took the time to meet with us prior to the house sit, meeting our noisy dog and winning her over with ease. Upon return we found two very happy puppies, super happy chickens and a house that was utterly spotless!! They had gone the extra mile in every way. I can not recommend Sandy and Blake highly enough, the way that they took care of our fur babies was incredible and the communication that we received was second to none. If you are looking for an energetic couple that will take care of your fur babies and your home to the highest standards, you can not go past this couple.

We can highly recommend Blake and Sandy to any prospective people requiring care of your fur babies. Being first time users we were unsure of what we were meant to do for our house sitters but Blake and Sandy put our minds at rest. They drove on their way home from a Brisbane house sit to meet us and meet our babies and we were instantly impressed with them. At the time of accepting them we had one old cavalier and a new puppy. Unfortunately we lost our cav and then decided to get another ... MOREWe can highly recommend Blake and Sandy to any prospective people requiring care of your fur babies. Being first time users we were unsure of what we were meant to do for our house sitters but Blake and Sandy put our minds at rest. When we came home from our holiday in January our babies were happy and content and our house was beautifully clea as was the gardens and the pool.. They have since then done another sit for us and again we were extremely happy. You will not be disappointed if you have them both to sit for you.

Blake and Sandy were amazing house sitters. Great communication, easy to make it all work, they traveled over an hour and a half to meet me at my request and our dog seemed to have a great time with them. They even mowed the lawn which was an extra bonus for a short sit. I would recommend them to anyone.

Blake and Sandy stepped in to look after our beautiful labradoodle last minute as our sitter had pulled out.
Blake and Sandy left home at 6am on the first morning of the sit and travelled 2 hours to our house to ensure that we had a quick handover before we left. This showed us the level of professionalism and care they take with their sits and totally put our minds ... Bella is quite an athletic dog, who is ball obsessed. Turns out, while Bella loves to chase a ball, Blake loves to throw one, so the sit was perfectly matched!! :)
Bella clearly had so much exercise with Blake and Sandy looking after her. We both thought that she looked fitter when we returned from our break than before we left!!
Bella is also quite a clever dog and Blake and Sandy managed to exercise her mind as well by teaching her different ball catching games.
Blake and Sandy sent us happy, amusing videos of Bella each day and we could see that she absolutely adored them both and was having so much fun!
Our neighbours commented that they didn't hear a peep from Bella while we were away, which we are sure was because she was having so much fun on her outings!! :)
Our house was immaculate on return and Bella chose to sleep where Blake and Sandy had been on our first night back, which is testament to how much she obviously loved them.
We would highly recommend Blake and Sandy for any pet / house sit and truly hope they will look after Bella again.

Blake and Sandy were one of the nicest couples we have ever met. They cared for our home as if it was there own and left it sparkling. They kept in touch with us whilst we were away and most importantly they looked after our fur baby Wally with the utmost care. Now I have to add here (to give them as much credit as possible) that Wally had just undergone some major surgery so it was a big responsibility but it was one that they took on without hesitation and I couldn't have been more happy with ... When we got home it was like no one had been there except for the amazing Swedish chocolate they left for us. I can't thank them enough for looking after our cat and take great care of our place. We came home to a very happy dog who had clearly been loved the entire time. Our sheets were washed, there was milk in the fridge - so thoughtful. We would welcome this lovely couple back into our home any time and highly recommend them to anyone who requires a house sitter, particularly with dogs. Thanks for making our time ... They were wonderful, polite, friendly and kept everything neat, clean and tidy.
Our two dogs were well looked after. They had no problems walking them. One a strong-willed Doberman and the other a Border Collie.
We would highly recommend them to anyone and would have them again here anytime.
