Philip & Jan

Hi our names are Jan and Philip.

We are a retired empty nesters who own our own home. We have 2 adult married kids and 6 grandchildren. Our son is in Cairns so this would be an ideal way for us to visit the family plus look after your home and furbabies (if any).

We enjoy meeting new people from all walks of life and exploring new places and visiting family but we also enjoy our quiet time with your furbabies and our aim is to look after your pets and home the way we would care for our own.

We have one little Moodle (Rupert) that is 12 months old and plays and walks twice every day . He loves people and animals. We have our chickens and have had our cockateils until they passed..

They are all spoilt and members of our family.

We have house sat for friends and family many times over the years.
Mainly around Bribie Island. Hervey Bay and the Sunshine Coast. We are non smokers and only enjoy a social drink if out with friends for lunch..



Philip is an avid gardener and has all his police checks, blue card etc.

He loves to walk the animals while I do the feeding and any medications . .. We have cared for my elderly mums foxy for over a year . She settled in and had the run of our home immediately. .

.We did a house and pet sit at Bribie Island for 15 days last year (2022) which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Buddy the american staffy was so much fun. ..The owners and their friends have asked us to sit for them twice since. We looked after the budgie and their plants also.
