PHIL- I have worked in the farming / gardening area for the last 22 years, 16 of which we ran our own organically certified property producing vegetables and eggs. I have also been conducting a garden maintenance service and a roadside mail delivery contract. I am a non smoker/ non drinker and am very comfortable in tasks and duties that involve upholding and maintaining. I have a strong sense of responsibility and commitment and have been involved in leadership roles within our church. Natural history is a keen interest for me as is bushwalking and kayaking. With Jen, I have been house/property sitting for the past seven years, including care of both household pets and livestock.
I hold a current police check.
JEN - In addition to working on our farm, I was also an infants/primary teacher, conducted a house cleaning service and partnered with Phil in the mail delivery contract and recently in the garden maintenance service. I am a non smoker/non drinker and we both enjoy good health and fitness. I enjoy caring for my home and treat others homes with the same sense of care and responsibility. As I was involved in tutoring and youth work at our church, I have a current police check and we can provide references from previous house sits if needed. I enjoy farm and outdoor activities as well as music and singing.

Phil and Jen were excellent house sitters, and very nice genuine people. They went far beyond what was anticipated and expected of them doing significant tidying up in the garden and around and in the shed in addition to looking after my 2 elderly dogs. They also were excellent in looking after my cattle which were/are calving at the time. Jenny &Phil looked after our hobby farm, sheep,chooks,vege & general gardens & paddocks for 2 months. When we met them we were confident they would do a good job and they did not disappoint. It was so good to come home to a beautifully kept property after a great holiday. That made it even more worthwhile. We would not hesitate to highly recommend them

Phil and Jen were amazing house and pet sitters. We were very comfortable leaving them to look our beloved Daphne, who isn't the easiest dog to look after. Phil and Jen left the house even better than they found it, having tidied the gardens and even our messy shed. Thank you Phil and Jen!

Phil and Jenni Beach house sat for us on our rural property for two weeks during February 2019. We were able to have a very restful holiday knowing our house and dogs were in their care. They kept us informed of anything we needed to know, put up with some painters and cared for our dogs. The garden was so well maintained while we were away that on our return it looked much better than it ever does. They even took a tyre to town for repair and fixed a blind in the bedroom.
