We are a mature couple with adult children and our life is made richer by several grand-children
As a couple we enjoy travel, movies, walking, good food and wine, listening to music and gardening. Peter plays golf. Susan likes the creativity of sewing and cooking.
We have frequently minded the homes and pets of friends and have depth of experience in owning and maintaining a variety of residential properties and in caring for and nurturing pets of our own. We love the company of animals and are currently enjoying "Biscuit" our Russian Blue.
We do not smoke and prefer a smoke free home please.
We are very conscientious and, having had our home and pets minded by others, understand how important it is to choose the right people to mind your home. We would look after your home and care for your pets as though they were our own.
We each have a current Crime Check and references from home owners.

Peter and Susan have house-sat for us before and they were exceptional and this time was no different. They gave our pets and home the best of care through a 2 week house sit in summer. They also dealt with a potential emergency (a bushfire in the national park near us) calmly. They are the loveliest people and we are so glad we met them and that they have been able to house sit for us. We highly recommend Peter and Susan for your house sitting and pet care. Peter and Susan looked after our much loved cat Minou, and our house as if it were their own. They were great communicators, sending us photos of Minou and ensuring us that all was taken care of at home. We could relax on our holiday without worry. Our first experience of Aussie House Sitters was very positive, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Peter and Susan to any prospective host.

Peter and Susan are lovely people. We were so lucky to have them sit our house and look after our dogs. They went the extra mile, taking our 1yo pup to the vet twice when he had a lame leg. We would not hesitate to have them house sit for us again, Thankyou Peter and Susan!

Where do I start Susan and Peter where amazing, gave my dear Fleck the best care to make him comfortable and loved, our house was left immaculate, just amazing, I could have not done it better I would not hesitate to welcome Susan and Peter to our home again Best ever!❤ Fleck will really miss them

Peter and Susan were able to look after our house, cat and chooks in August 21. Prior to the sit we exchanged several phone calls mainly due to the COVID situation. Both Peter and Susan responded to the calls promptly and were easy to communicate with. The sit was uneventful with only a couple of calls to clarify some things, ie the Census. We were so fortunate to have Peter & Susan house and cat sit for us. We were not home to handover from friends but very quickly felt absolutely at ease with their tender loving care for Misty, the house and garden. Phone calls and text messages with supportive photos of their stay were oh so welcome.
