We are a retired couple I was a professional bookkeeper now self-employed artist currently loving getting out and enjoying the country areas and my husband of 50 years is also retired Graphic Artist now working as a part time as house cleaner for clients on Sydney's north Shore. We have 3 grown up children and 6 grandchildren age from 23 down to 5 years who we love to babysit and care for while parents work or just go out for a while. We did have a cat 'Gerry' who was about 12 years old a long haired grey and tortoise shell moggy, unfortunately we had to put him to sleep a couple of weeks ago as he had a cancer below his eye and above his top teeth on his left side. We have owned dogs, cats, birds (rainbow Lorikeets), fish, turtles and lizards (bearded dragons and water dragons) a python snake although my son feeds him and a few chooks. We are clean and tidy non-smokers love to look after the garden and my husband is willing to mow the lawn. Love to take long walks on the beach or the countryside our main interest in joining house sitters was to be able to travel and stay in a place for a few days, a week or longer so just to explore the local sights and the area take photos, to visit coffee shops and places to have lunch check local galleries shops tourist points of interest my husband love to fish I love to draw and paint looking for house sits that are warm and friendly love your house as much as you do our own. We are clean, tidy, responsible, fit and able, healthy, trustworthy and confident we really look forward to taking care of your home and beautiful pets giving them lots of attentions with love and cuddles and chat time we do look forward to hearing back from you soon thanking you for your consideration in reading our application to care for your lovely family home and beautiful pets. With the recent COVID conditions we just wanted to add that we are both fully vaccinated and very aware of the latest updates and restrictions so appreciate any concerns you may have we have never been exposed to or have been in a high COVID area of Sydney as we live on the far north Shore, During COVID we missed doing our regular house sits and now have a Cavoodle puppy she has all of her needles and regular vet check ups however can be most annoying to timid cats this is there natures they are everybody's friend, very loving and want to play until they suddenly collapse and fall asleep.
