Ann was a truly amazing find. From the second we met I felt Ann was a genuinely warm and caring person and Tiger and Teddy would be in nurturing hands. Ann's a great communicator and kept me up to date on the boys and their antics, and I had lots of lovely photos too. Boys were super chilled and relaxed when we got home and in great condition. Came home to a clean house and cared for garden. I'll be seeing Ann again, for sure and have no hesitation recommending her.

Ann is a fantastic house & pet sitter.
She was very responsive to my messages and kept my mind at easy regarding my furbabies by sending me regular updates and pics of them looking very relaxed in her presence.
When I got home, my home was spotlessly clean and she had put fresh linen on my bed, which was greatly appreciated after more than 24hours of transit back home.

It was so reassuring having Ann come in and look after our home and Jax. She was fantastic with her communication before coming to stay along with sending photo updates of Jax whilst she was staying.

From the first time meeting Ann I felt completely at ease. Our primary concern was the health, happiness and well being of our animals and her calm and pragmatic approach set any concerns aside. Ann communicated well leading up to and during her sit, including face-time with our animals so we could see and talk to them. Ann was integral to our enjoyment and relaxation during our holiday and we and our cats would happily have her return.

Guess we got Ann on a bad week.. thankfully had a good security system but left us stressed on our holiday.. wasn't until I called her out at not being at the property she stayed.. wasn't even turning on the security system which I had to do remotely. Everything was disclosed on first visit including we were a Pagan/smoking household! First and last time I use a house sitter!

Ann was an absolutely fantastic sitter! As soon as we met her we knew our cat and house would be in very good hands with her. She was friendly, communicative and helped us above and beyond what we could have hoped for. Ann looked after our house and fur-babies for 3 weeks and we couldn't be happier to have found her. Our pooch has some anxiety issues and we are always worried about leaving him with someone new. Usually when we are away our dog loses a lot of weight due to fretting but not this time! In fact, I don't think he missed us at all! I would not hesitate to recommend Ann to ... We had Ann looked after our 4 br house, a dog and three guinea pigs.
As our guinea pigs are free running around our backyard it sometimes is certainly great challenge to catch them. It is usually our kids job.... Anyway even though it was very hard finding one of piggies, Ann contacted me and showed always positive manner and caught them all. Always clear communication and we cannot thank Ann enough.
Came home nice and tidy, dog was happy and so as gunea pigs.

Ann was wonderful from our first contact. She came down to meet us and greet our cats prior to agreeing to the sit. She maintained contact prior to coming as well just to check in. As we were leaving earlier than she could get down we met to exchange keys. My cats true to form managed to knock over and break stuff the first night. She was upset and let us know straight away with photos. I felt bad for her but she took it in her stride. We got regular updates. When we arrived home the house was ... The house was left immaculate, so nice to come home and be able to focus on settling back in with a clean house, a happy pet and my plants and gardens in great shape.

We left her with a hefty workload which was considerable for one person but our animals were clearly well cared for. In hindsight, there was too much work for one person and the required gardening tasks were left to our return. However, our dogs were walked despite the rains/storms. We remain in contact with Ann and recommend her as a ... MOREAnn was polite and approachable from the first encounter. It was a privilege to have Ann house sit for 6 weeks. She is a cat lover and Macca the burmese loved her as much as she loved him. She had to share her bed with him as well as her time.
We arrived home to find a crystal clear pool which had needed her attention on windy and rainy occasions.
Plants, both indoor and undercover outdoor were well watered and maintained.
It was reassuring and appreciated to receive news and photos of Macca once a week while away.

Ann I found to be a wonderful friendly lady who provided great service. Ann truly loves cats which is what I was looking for. Thank you Ann for leaving my house looking untouched (very tidy) and also for your little touches such as cleaning my kitchen sink till it was sparkling :-). Much appreciated. Ann also communicated with me while away sending a few texts and photos to reassure me and provided ID since we did not know each other and an extra sense of security. I highly recommend Ann.
