Hello there, my name is Niomi.

I have extensive experience house-sitting homes both in Australia and overseas. I also have experience and enjoy looking after many different types of animals, especially cats and dogs as well as maintaining gardens.

I am looking for a house-sits in the Blue Mountains or Lithgow area commencing from August 2023 on-wards and have flexibility with dates.

I am a quiet, responsible, tidy, single, non-smoking, 44 year old house-sitter. My experience since 2010 has involved completing over 45 house-sits, looking after 35 cats and 28 dogs as well as a variety of other animals and gardens.

I have experience looking after a range of different breeds of cats and dogs of many different ages and personalities. I enjoy giving them lots of attention, interaction, pats, play and walks for the dogs.

I would treat your property with the utmost respect, taking care of your belongings, and maintaining security. I am also a tidy person so would keep your home very clean.

I would be happy to do the tasks required such as feeding your pets, providing them with affection, bi-daily walks for dogs, removing waste/changing litters, watering plants, mail collection, putting garbage in/out and keeping you up-to-date with how your pets are going with photos and videos, etc.

If extra maintenance and cleaning tasks are required, I would be happy to perform them.

I have gardening experience so would be happy to maintain a large garden requiring lawn-mowing, leaf sweeping, watering, trimming, pruning, watering, fertilizing, green waste collection, etc.

I was the care-taker of a block of 25 townhouses for 6 years which included garden maintenance.
