We started our grey nomad adventures leaving our home on the Sunshine Coast early May 2015.
Only did a year but after 5 years are back on road again. Currently in QLD
Since the start of 2020 we have settled again in a beautiful thriving small town of Kenilworth Qld. It is in the Mary Valley and on the tourist drive of Maleny Montville and Mapleton . Only 45 mins to Noosa and Sunshine Coast .

Geoff is a retired Telstra tech and a great handyman to have around. He loves doing things and keeping busy.
I am a retired Real Estate agent and Property Manager. We have always owned our homes until recently and know the importance of looking after property and are very house proud. Most of our homes were on tank water and with raising 5 children we know the importance of being water wise.

So far, we have had the privilege and opportunity to caretake a motel, bnb and caravan park . References are with attachments.

We have looked after B & B and managed holiday properties so would love to have the opportunity to do this again for whatever period you may need.

We don't smoke and just social drinkers.
We can give you references to check how we live. We recently rented for two years after selling our property on Sunshine Coast. .

We have a small 10 year old Moodle called Lulu who is well behaved and our delight. She has socialised with other dogs cats chooks and gets along fine with them. Being a Maltese x poodle she doesn't shed hair,
