Hello! Peter and I are retired professional people, living in Carnegie, Melbourne, who now have time to explore this great country of ours.
We have owned cats, dogs, birds and guinea pigs, and often look after our neighbours house/chooks. We would love to look after your house and pets while you are having an adventure. We will lavish love and attention on your pets, whilst taking care of your house/property as if it were our own.
Pete is quite the handyman, and he loves to tidy the garden and mow! My forte is the pets, and I am involved with a local community dog sitting club.
We are both volunteers, me with the local council and Pete with a local school.
We are honest, reliable and security conscious, both non smokers and social drinkers, and can supply references. Both fully vaxxed.

Maree and Pete were the perfect house sitters and we would gladly have them in our home again. Unfortunately we lost our beautiful Jack a few months before the sit but Maree and Pete were still happy to accept the sit without the benfit of caring for Jack. They looked after our home and my garden as if it was their own. Thank you and best wishes Maree and Pete.
Maree and Peter housesat for us for 10 days and did a wonderful job caring for our elderly and sensitive dog . The garden was weeded, the wild Rosella nestlings fledged, house was immaculate, and we were kept up to date with how they were all going. I thoroughly recommend them to care for your home and pets.
Maree & Peter took great care of my little Bonnie and kept me updated with how she was going and sending photos. Peter mowed the lawn for me and did several odd jobs around the house for which I am most grateful.
My home was tidier on my return than it was when I left. I would absolutely recommend Maree and Peter to anyone.

Maree & Peter are a very friendly and amazing couple who looked after our Cavoodle (dog) Harley & Ragdoll (cat).Sissi whilst we holidayed overseas. Their communication was excellent and our animals had the best of loving care. Our house was well looked after and was left spotless. An absolute pleasure having Marie and Peter in my home to sit my 2 border Collies.
Their attention to detail of everything was beyond outstanding.
Peter even cleaned my car! and painted outdoor furniture for me. My babies were well looked after and loved. Even left me a lovely native plant choclates and wine. My home was left spotless.If your lucky enough to have Marie and Peter sit for you you are indeed very lucky.

Maree and Peter were wonderful house sitters! Our dog can be nervous meeting new people but they provided much care and patience for Monte until he came around. They made the effort to come and meet us and see the house before the house sit too place which was really helpful. I highly recommend Maree and Pete as trustworthy, reliable and clean Housesitters. Our animals were all well looked after and we received excellent communication from them. It was nice to have a holiday and not have to worry about anything back home.

We were so fortunate to have had this wonderful couple house sit for us recently. They provided expert care and attention to our poodle Kaspar who settled in so well with them. Our house was left in immaculate condition upon our return. They also left us beautiful gifts which were greatly appreciated. Maree and Peter are highly recommended House sitters. Simply outstanding.

Maree, Pete and their daughter stayed at our house for a week over Christmas. They kept in touch in the lead up to their stay and looked after our house, garden and animals beautifully! They even went as far as tidying up some of the garden paths which was a lovely surprise to
come home to.
Again it was an absolute pleasure to meet Maree and Peter and have them sit our house and look after our Whisper. You could not hope to find a more accommodating and caring couple. The house and surrounds were spotless and our dog much loved. They kept us updated on events back home and they left us gifts upon our return. Maree and Pete house sat my elderly greyhound and cat for 10 days.
My yard was left in a far better state than I had left it and my house also very clean and neat.
They tableted my cat for me daily and gave his daily food supplements and also walked my gorgeous greyhound and brushed his teeth as requested.
They were absolutely exemplary in their communication, care of my pets and care of my home. I couldn't have been more pleased!

We were indeed fortunate to have had Maree and Peter house sit and care for and love our "special" girl, Whisper. Whisper is still looking for them in and around the house as she obviously wants to help Peter chop some more wood!
