My name is Lauren and along with my husband Anthony, and our two children, we are keen to offer our house sitting services with respect and care to you and yours. We are both pet lovers and keen gardeners so quite happy to give pet/garden care for the privilege of staying at your home.
About us- We are a quiet, tidy and respectful couple who love animals. Anthony had a stint as a station hand in the outback so has experience looking after large rural properties and various farm animals. He is quite handy around the house and enjoys working on various DIY projects in his free time. Lauren is a primary school teacher and recently published children's book author who enjoys reading, yoga-ing and running in her spare time.
Prior to having children, we travelled extensively around South America, Asia, Europe and New Zealand and are hoping house sitting will give us the opportunity to see a bit more of Australia with our kids. We have recently moved up to Queensland and have purchased a small hobby farm. We are keen to do any rural/country/city/ beach sits in Queensland.
Lauren and the kids were wonderful at looking after outer house and pets. Our dog got so much love and attention, many walks and adventures. Plenty of animal updates. Our house was as tidy as I left it. Thanks Lauren and the family, gave me peace of mind

Lauren and her 2 children came to sit for us in July 2021. They arrived early and were keen to meet all the pets! Lauren listened attentively to my instructions and I felt confident leaving our pets with them. We received daily feedback on the pets while we were away which was very reassuring, especially regards the cat who can be unco-operative about taking her twice daily medication.
