We are a very clean, reliable, non smoking, retired couple from Cairns, happily married, healthy, and fit with over 25 years housesitting experience.
Every summer we close our airbnb in Cairns for the wet season and head south for 5 months.
We are keen to housesit while YOU take your holidays and will have our motorbike with us so we can get to you easily.
Being retired gives us lots of time to look after your beloved pets, home & garden. Most people say their pets and home are in better condition when they return from their holidays than when they left! That is our goal for you too!
Patrick loves cats and active dogs and they LOVE him!

Belinda and Patrick are like old friends who you'd trust with the care of all your precious things - including your home and pets - because they're such good people. And fun! And tidy! - my fridge never looked so tidy. Our cat, Muffin, seems particularly perturbed we've returned and Patrick is no longer spoiling her. Great sitters. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. We've already convinced them to come again.
Belinda & Patrick are wonderful house and doggie sitters, our Toy Poodle, Honey, was so well looked after, they sent photos most days and Honey was always cuddling them and looked so happy and content! She had more walks with them than she does with us! It made our time away stress free knowing she was so loved by them. We would absolutely refer Belinda & Patrick to anyone. Belinda and Patrick were excellent communicators from the start, and clearly take their role as housesitters very seriously. They looked after our two cats and garden, and sent us regular updates, giving us peace of mind that everything was looked after. They have been housesitting for years and know how to help things run smoothly, which helped us greatly as first-timers. They were also great to chat with and had a wealth of travel stories and tips!
They were amazing with the animals, Coco loved them and they her, my hydrangeas survived the heat we had while away so that was wonderful! The house was clean , did a little bit of rearranging, but that was fine, it is a little busy!! As they say eclectic!! It was a delight to meet with Belinda and Patrick. They took great care of our three poodles who took to them easily; Lyla, Boomer and Joy are great judges of character. They were personable and easy to communicate with posting photographs regularly. We could not fault them and would have them care for our home and dogs any time. We loved their adventurous and carefree spirit.

Patrick and Belinda are just great, both are fantastic with animals, they kept in regular contact while we were away overseas, lots of photos, they did everything thing they could to look after our little Shadow as well as the gardens, pool, car and whole house. Belinda and Patrick took amazing care of our two little French Bulldogs for just under a month while we were visiting family over December. Great communication and booked / commitment 7 months prior for price of mind so we were able to plan our trip carefree. Absolutely wonderful house sitters! They cared for soft released birds that were free roaming in the bush but needed support feeding daily. I have no complaints. Belinda and Patrick looked after my fur kids with so much love and when we got home they were relaxed and happy. It had been very hot the week we were away and they made sure the dogs had their small plastic pool full of water.
I wouldn't hesitate having them care for my home and animals again.
We were so fortunate to have Belinda and Patrick come and stay in our home and look after our dog, Bilbo. He was so well cared for and they also looked after our chickens. Bilbo had lots of fun with Belinda and Patrick going to the beach and bike riding and Belinda kept us up to date with lots of photos and videos.

Belinda and Patrick looked after our 2 dogs and 1 cat for a week in January 2021. They left the house spotlessly clean and tidied up more than I did!
They were great with communication and very flexible. I extended our holiday by 1 day and there were happy to accommodate this change.

From the beginning Belinda and Patrick made this process easy. They were amazing at communicating right up until we left on holiday which was reassuring since they they were looking after our house and our 2 dogs. Not only did they look after our beloved cats so well, they obviously spent a lot of time keep our garden looking green during the scorching hot Adelaide summer. Pat and Bin were great with our Dog. He got all the exercise he needed and was well looked after.
They changed the battery in our garage remote and topped up the car with oil which was lovely of them.
They stayed in touch with photos of our dog which was great and helped with collecting a parcel. I would recommend them to any dog/cat lovers as our boy was in great shape when we got back.

Belinda and Patrick are experienced and dedicated house sitters. Ebony (pet dog) related to them immediately and between them all we could see on our return that they enjoyed a great time together. Belinda and Patrick ensured Ebony was their first priority, cared for our big gardens during a hot spell and left our home clean and well presented. Highly recommended 5 star house owner experience.
