We are a fully-retired mature couple who have lived in the Warrnambool area for many years.
We have so enjoyed our house-sitting adventures so far. We started back-to-back house-sitting in May 2016 and now, in May 2024 have completed our 93rd house-sit. We have made many new friends, cared for some amazing animals, learned many new skills in pet care and stayed in places we never knew about.
We are very house/garden- proud. We would treat your house as our own and leave it as we found it.
We are non- smokers.
We have no pets of our own but love animals. Myles is a retired farmer, bus driver, cleaner and transport company owner and I am a retired teacher who has grown up with and cared for cats, dogs, fish, birds, rabbits, guinea pigs, ponies, stick insects, hermit crabs, lizards, etc. Therefore, we would treat you precious pets with love, understanding and kindness.
We both have Police Checks.
So far we have happy owners who would be happy to vouch for us. We can attach a copy of all our reviews if requested.
At this stage, we can only do housesits of up to 14 days.
We contact owners on a daily basis by email, WhatsAp, Messages or Skype to put their minds at rest about the security and happiness of their pets.
We would be delighted to speak to you further if you would consider us in looking after your home and treasured pets.

Liz and Myles are the most amazing people you could ask for to look after your home. We have 2 dogs, hundreds of plants and chooks which were all extremely well taken care of whilst we were away. They sent us daily updates with photo's and videos of our fur babies. Liz and Myles had to deal with some trying issues while we were away, one being a fox getting into our chicken coop and killing 6 of our chooks and another was facing a major storm with a terrified Max cowering under the couch. Liz and Myles were the best Housesitters ever. We booked them early and they drive over to meet us months before we were due to leave to make sure we were all comfortable with the arrangements.
Our usually low maintenance dog became very unwell a few days into our trip and we could not have been happier with the care and live they gave him while he recovered, going above and beyond in his care. Liz & Myles were amazing! It was so nice to be able to relax on holiday and not have to worry about our dogs at home as they were in great care. The daily updates were much appreciated. The house was left cleaner than before we left and they even helped us organise sitters for our 2nd week of holiday due to covid related plan changes. Absolutely fantastic housesitters! Liz and Myles treated our home and dog Spike as if it was their own. The house and gardens were in great condition when we returned from 2.5 weeks away. I felt as though I'd met them both before and felt very at ease leaving my precious dog, Spike in their care. Liz and Myles kept in daily contact with pictures of Spike ensuring all was well. I do hope we can have them both stay again in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED :-)

Liz and miles are great house sitters , while over in Bali for a period of time they sent pics and communicate nearly every day to tell us how the fur babies are going. The house was nice and clean when we arrived home at midnight and they stayed till the next morning so I babies weren't left out in the cold . .....highly recommend

We were so happy when Liz and Myles offered to house/babysit for us. We've never known the aloof Hugo to like a babysitter so much, we were so pleased to see the photos of Hugo interacting with Liz and Myles. The house was immaculate when we got home and there was a wonderful meal on the table. As usual the garden and yard was thriving. We had a few issues with our street during their stay but nothing fazed Liz and Myles. Thank you again for allowing us to have an awesome holiday, ;-)

We went away for 2 weeks and came back to happy cats, happy chooks and happy ducks. All our plants had been watered and the house was immaculate. They kept in touch and sent us photos of the cats and my flowers blooming. They even cleaned out the chook house.

Liz and Myles looked after our house, dogs and ponies this weekend. They were kind enough to visit beforehand and get an idea of what was needed. They arrived promptly as arranged and fulfilled all our needs. There were an extra couple of jobs to do with the ponies that came up unexpectedly and they took care of those as well. Along with looking after the house, Myles and Liz had the dear task of caring for our 9 year old toy poodle that has diabetes. They were great as they were able to manage their plans around his daily needs. Twice a day they had to inject him with insulin. What a huge commitment they made for us and him. Having never performed injections before these two amazing people breezed through it. If it was not for Liz and Myles’s love, respectful attitude and professionalism our dog would not have gotten the care required which could have seriously had an impact on his health.
We would not have been able to have a holiday break without their help. Along with being very nice people, Liz and Myles were a great companion to our dog while we were away.This couple really adapted to our lifestyle for their house sit in our home, they just fit in perfectly, nothing was any trouble. We even arrived home to gorgeous presents, Christmas treats and a beautiful card thanking us for their stay in our home. We can’t THANK YOU enough Liz and Myles.

Liz and Myles were fantastic! They went above and beyond. Not only caring for our pets but went out of their way to replace a broken heat lamp(broken before they got here). Liz and Myles are the most amazing people you could ask for to look after your home. We have 2 dogs, hundreds of plants and chooks which were all extremely well taken care of whilst we were away. They sent us daily updates with photo's and videos of our fur babies.
