Hello. My name is Wendy Healy and I am 66 years young. I am a quiet, respectful person who loves her family and takes great pride with not only her own belongings but also with other people's homes and property. I take my house/pet sitting responsibilities very seriously and have a clean police check and a clean driving history. I am also a NSW Justice of the Peace. I have spent over 47 years travelling the world and have enjoyed every moment of it meeting new people, sampling numerous cuisines and seeing amazing sights. I have one wonderful son and a very special daughter in law however they are now following their own careers in Sydney which leaves me time to go off to do my own thing. I am now officially a grey nomad with a 21 foot motorhome with plans to travel extensively throughout Australia. Having retired, I am very flexible with dates and, if possible, will make all efforts to accommodate your requirements. Although I have a motorhome to travel in, I am also looking for a quiet retreat for a few days, or a few weeks, at a time to recharge my batteries to take a break from the rigours of travelling and to make some new human and furry friends. Apart from having my own cats and a dog for many years, I have looked after other dogs, cats, horses, cattle, alpacas, chooks, lizards, birds, fish and a snake.

We were so grateful Wendy replied to our request for a housesitter during our recent overseas trip. Wendy met with us prior so she wasnt a stranger to us or our dog.
Upon return the house was spotless and the dog had been so well looked after, happy to see us return but where did my new friend Wendy go. It was obvious our dog enjoyed her time with Wendy and we enjoyed peace of mind.
Can thoroughly recommend Wendy and will contact her for our next adventure too.

This was our first experience with Aussie House Sitters and are so pleased to have met Wendy. We did not have any reservations at all leaving our home and fur babies in Wendy's care. She took such good care of our two dogs and two cats and was so understanding with one of them that can be a little difficult to say the least! Communication was excellent, our home was clean and the animals well cared for. We have no hesitation in recommending Wendy and hope to be able to see her again.

Wendy has this extremely loving and caring energy, that put me at ease, on our first contact, even my three year old daughter loved her.
Wendy kept in contact and sent me updates on all the animals. I even received a message from my neighbour saying "The lady minding the house is lovely . I hear her talking to the animals 😊"

Wendy didn't only just looked after the animals tho the whole house too. Very respectful by cleaning up any mess and even washed the bedding and remade it.

Wendy was open & keen to arrive the night before we left for our holiday so we could show her the farm layout & the proportions of feed required for the horses & chickens etc.
Communication was first rate as we periodically 'checked-in' with each other over our time away. We arrived home to happy & content animals and a house that was by-far cleaner & tidier than when we left. You can't ask for more than that! My wife was sooo happy. We would be more than happy to recommend Wendy &/or have her ... Wendy was absolutely amazing looking after our Ridgeback in our home for 2 nights.
This was our first time using a house sitter, and Wendy's communication was fantastic. She came over the day before to run through everything, get to know our dog, Coco, and her routine. While we were away Wendy sent us photos of Coco, and I have no doubt she was well pampered and taken care of.

I highly recommend Wendy she did a great job looking after my house and many critters. My two dogs were cared for in the way they are use to. She also took great care of my many fish and parrot. Despite all the rain Wendy managed to mow the lawn. The house was spotless on my return I was very happy and would not hesitate to have Wendy house sit for me again

For our first experience with having a housesitter Wendy set the bar high. Wendys vibrant personality shone through in her house sit. My dogs were treated like royalty. They sat on the lounge with Wendy during the day while she knitted and slept with her of a night. My chickens, turkeys, ducks and geese were checked several times a day to ensure they had cool fresh water. My alpacas absolutely adored her.
And, to top it off, my house was cleaner when i returned ... MOREWendy!! What can I say..

Wendy is so lovely and was an absolute godsend - not only was our home and garden well cared for, but she gave our very old cat Piper loving care and attention when as it turned out her 9 lives were up, and she passed peacefully. Wendy kept us informed, and she thoughtfully cleared the litter trays, bedding and bowls for our arrival home. Wendy far surpasses a rating of 5 stars and we would have her back in a heartbeat to housesit for us.

Wendy was a fantastic Housesitter! Our dog, Ruby the Labrador, took to Wendy straight away. Ruby was even allowed in Wendy's campervan for a cuddle and a snooze, which was above and beyond what we expected.

Wendy is a great dog sitter! Her care and attention to my old dog over the 5 days was excellent. Wendy took time to familiarise herself with my dog's daily routine, accepted responsibility to ensure the daily medication was administered, and happily walked him twice each day.
Wendy left my home clean and tidy, and Covid safe.
I am happy to recommend Wendy as a dog sitter. In fact, Wendy is returning in 2 weeks to look after my dog again!

Everything was in great order on our return and Roy, Ruby and Lara were very happy and cared for. Roy especially missed Wendy after she left and was frequently looking for her.

What a delight it was to have Wendy look after our house and our pets! Wendy regularly kept us informed and the house was spotless when we returned. Pets well fed and watered and I think missed us - it was hard to tell given how well they were looked after while we were away.
Wendy was fantastic and we (including the pets) would have no hesitation in having her look after us again.

Wendy was awesome. She took great care of our 10 week old Labrador Molly who can be quiet a handful and is still being toilet trained. Wendy ensured Molly's training continued and ensured any mishaps were cleaned up. Our house was cleaner and tidier when we got home than it was when we left. Wendy also ensured our cat Harley was well looked after. We highly recommend Wendy and will definitely ask her to furry kid sit for us again.
