Oh where do I start
Amazing amazing amazing
Tracy & John went above & beyond for us, we walked into a beautiful clean, beautiful smelling home with a gift box, new cat treats bought, new plants, new plants planted, lawns mowed, even a new tissue box ! It's like magical fairies had been in our home

This was our first sitter experience with Aussie House Sitters, and we were very pleased with the outcome.
Tracy & John responded quickly to our queries and even took the time to do a meet and greet prior to the sit. I was very happy to talk in person to ensure we were on the same wavelength with similar expectations.
They took care of our 8yr old Staffy including daily exercise, medication and a scheduled drop-off to the local vet. We even received some photos whilst away.

The house was immaculate and we received gifts!! So unexpected but delightful. Also dinner was ready in the fridge..so amazing!
Our pet was very well cared for and they even bought her special treats.

We could not rate Tracy and John highly enough for what they deserve. They were so attentive to our dogs and fish and communicated frequently with us before and during the sit. They are both wonderful and caring people who looked after our home better than we even do!

Wow- Our house was sparkling clean on our arrival back, it was such an amazing surprise (as was the dinner and treats you left thank you- kids went mad for the kinder eggs!)

John and Tracy are a lovely couple who took great care of our home while we were away in our caravan for 4 months. They were very easy to talk to and fitted into the neighbourhood very well. They even ended up looking after a neighbour's chickens and birds while they went away for a few weeks as well.
We arrived home to find the house beautiful and clean and the lawn and gardens well maintained. We also came home to an enormous bouquet of flowers, bottle of bubbly, macaroons and a homemade ... So sorry for the last reply. John & Tracy were 11/10 for us! When we met them for the 1st time prior to the sit was like we had met in another life once before! I have absolutely raved still to this day how impressed we were with our home when we got back. Lawns & gardens maintained, house was IMMACULATELY spotless, communication was on point & the photos of Buddy with them showed how at home Buddy was with them here & as an added bonus I could not believe the level of generosity with a home ... Tracey & John likes after our home, garden and our dog Willie for 6 weeks. They are a genuinely lovely friendly couple who loved our dog as their own and faultlessly cared for our home and even left a lovely lasagne in the fridge along with essentials bread & milk on our return.
Highly recommended if you get the opportunity to book in Tracey & John you won't be disappointed- we would love to have them return in the future :)

John and Tracy looked after our home in Newport for almost 5 months. The pool, garden and home all looked fabulous on our return. We were able to chat to them over the phone to get updates whilst we were away which put our minds at rest. Our mail was waiting for us as well as a few essentials left in the fridge for our first breakfast and an evening meal with wine. We recommend them! Thank you John and Tracy.

I can see why Tracy and John earn so many 5 star reviews. They were amazing. The house was lovely and clean on our return and Domino, our cat, didn't even seem bothered that we were home. And then there was the goodies left for our return after only being away a week. We were so thankful for the meal they left for us. Yum! It actually did us three meals. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone needing their house and pet/pets cared for.

Tracy and John were amazing! I was nervous leaving our 1 year Labrador for the first time, but they gave him all the love and attention that he needed (which is alot). They were super flexible and happy to do whatever was required. The communication was great and we come home to a lovely clean house, with a home cooked meal and gifts waiting for us and a very happy puppy. Milo was so well looked after that he spent a couple of hours looking around the house for Tracy and John after they left!! ... MORETracy and John were amazing! Honestly these guys are amazing! John and Tracey came by to meet Bella and worked around us in a very hectic time. As soon as they came I knew they were awesome people. Our dog Bella adored them, so much so that she has been waiting by the guest bedroom door to see if they are still here. We came home and our garden has been tidied and house cleaned. Not only that we came home to a beautiful bunch of flowers and chocolates. John and Tracy are just lovely people and it's been an honour to have ... MOREHonestly these guys are amazing!
