Reliable, Experienced, Independent Retiree with police check and references from happy house and pet owners. My hubby, Jeff, recently passed away so its just me now. We have lovely reviews so i kept them.

Animals have always been part of my family until the last of our dogs passed on a couple of years ago. Since then I have travelled all over OZ minding other people's homes and their assorted pets. I am well aware of the importance of maintaining a pet's usual routine as much as possible and ensuring that they don't develop any bad habits during their owner's absence.

I am a non smoker, social drinker, love to bushwalk and keep active and enjoy a change of scenery and experiencing different things.
I undertake to provide you with peace of mind in that your house will be secure and well maintained and that your pets will be cared for as you would yourself.

I am flexible with dates and locations and are happy to meet you prior to commitment where possible.

No rating We don't have enough good things to say about Jeff and Mary-Anne!!! Their communication is PERFECT! They even have a dedicated facebook account for their sitting and posted heaps of photos so we could see what our little Charlie was getting up to. In fact, Charlie loved them so much I think she was a little bit disappointed when they had to leave! Jeff and Mary-Anne looked our house perfectly and left it amazingly clean for our return. Mary-Anne communicated extremely well, took time out of her schedule to come and visit Riko and the apartment before the stay and was very approachable. Whilst caring for Riko Mary Anne treated her like her own. She was very attentive, very flexible to daily needs and Riko enjoyed the company a lot. We are so grateful to Jeff and Mary-Anne for responding calmly and thoughtfully in the face of the bushfire emergency, especially as they found themselves evacuated in an unfamiliar environment. Our house and garden were very well cared for, and communication was excellent. The dogs were pretty disappointed that we eventually came home and interrupted their holiday with J&M. Thanks again. It was over and beyond.

No rating Jeff & Mary-Anne provided excellent care of Missy and our home. They were kind enough to offer to stay on when we had a death in the family during our holiday. They shared news of Missy and were happy to maintain her routine including beach walks. Everything was left clean and tidy and above all Missy was very happy. We are very pleased to recommend them to others and hope that they will House Sit for us again.

I missed Max and Snowy so I loved the Facebook photos and frequent message updates. On our return the house was immaculately clean and tidy - a great bonus !

No rating We highly recommend Maryanne and Jeff as house and dog sitters. They were responsible for a large property and the care of our 9 year old dog , Scotch . During the 6 weeks we were away overseas Maryanne and Jeff kept in touch and sent us snaps of our dog , obviously he was enjoying all the attention . Our home was in perfect condition on our return . No rating Jeff and Mary-Ann were excellent sitters looking after our two Weimerana's. We know how much effort our dogs take to be looked after and Jeff and Mary-Ann did so without any hesitation. We came back from our 2 month overseas trip to our dogs healthy and energetic and upset to see them leave. Would definitely recommend Jeff and Mary-Ann for other Aussie House Sitters. No rating Mary-Anne and Jeff looked after my house, garden, pool and my whippet dog for about 6 weeks. I was very happy with the way my dog was cared for. She was certainly very well looked after. The house and garden were in top order and it was a pleasure to come home. The pool was playing up but Jeff took care of the repairs and it was all done by the time I came home. I highly recommend Mary-Anne and Jeff as house sitters and be assured that your beloved pets will in very good hands..

They were very caring with our animals - spoodle and ring neck parrot, and made every effort to get to know what a parrot needs. Lucy got walked every day and her coat was maintained. Our 2 year old kelpie cross Rosie was very well cared for, as were the rest of our animals.
