We are a travelling friendly couple and we are fit & love gardening & caring for pets. As of October 2021 we now have a new fur baby a border collie x kelpie 4 months old
After travelling around Australia for 8 years with working and house sitting.
We have looked after cat's, dog's, horses, chooks, fish, birds etc. We have references available please see our profile.
We can supply Police Checks if required, that we obtained while doing casual work running Hotels, Motels and Caravan Parks.

Michael and Lyn looked after our place for 3 months. This was during our wet season,so lots of mowing as we are on 2 1/2 acres. Cat and Galah were very well looked after and were happy and well fed. House was lovely,clean and well looked after. All pots were kept watered and looked very fresh when we arrived home. Would be happy to recommend Michael and Lyn to anyone looking for house sitters.
As farmers, going away can be a very bitter sweet thing. However, being blessed with Michael & Lyn as our Aussie House Sitters was a whole new realm of relaxation whilst being away.
Right from the get go their communication & kindness were 100%. Getting to know them before we left for holidays was just the icing on the cake! It was like having your favourite family relatives over.

Lyn & Michael were wonderful! We clicked from the beginning & were very disappointed to have to cancel them & our 12 mth trip when COVID hit. However they did a 2 week sit for us at a later stage. They were very respectful of our property & belongings & left everything beautifully clean. They looked after our BnB while we were away & the reviews were as good as those we get ourselves! We would gladly have them housesit again & highly recommend them to others.
Lyn & Michael were the perfect house sitters from the moment they came to meet me and my dogs. They were attentive to our needs, thoughtful and considerate, and clearly adored animals.
They communicated well with me while I was away, and with true care for my home and dogs at heart.
When I returned, they had done so much around my home that I couldn't quite believe it. It was spotless and the gardens had been given so much care and attention, that they looked brand new!

This was our first time using a house sitter. We were a bit nervous at first but on meeting Lyn and Michael this disappeared. They both are lovely people that love animals and looked after our house and pets as if they were their own. We came home to a clean house, freshly made bed and towels. Perfect after a long day of travel. We have no hesitation in recommending Lyn and Michael and we will definitely use house sitters again. Thank you both.
Michael and Lynn came and stayed at our place for 6 weeks.
They took wonderful care of our large garden, off-grid home and our two dogs, two cats and 3 chooks. They surprised us by fixing things around the house and emptying, cleaning and refilling our little Clark summer soaker pool.
They are a truly lovely, down-to-earth couple and it was so wonderful knowing that everything was ticking along as per usual at home whilst we travelled.
We highly recommend them as A1 housesitters.
Lyn and Michael were amazing with our two girls. Our house was spotless and our girls were extremely happy. Michael is quite a handyman...thank you! They made our holiday very relaxing, knowing that everything was taken care of. Definitely have them look after our home and girls again. Thank you for everything.
Michael and Lyn were a pleasure to have as housesitters for the two weeks I was away. It was an absolute joy to arrive home to a clean house, happy pets, beautifully weeded garden and mowed lawns. From the moment I met them, I knew that everything would be well-looked after. Great couple & would welcome them back here again in a flash.
Thank you so much Michael and Lyn for caring for our fur babies so well. I think Misty misses you. Our home and garden was also looked after exceptionally well and everything was back in its place when they left. The house was left clean and tidy little extras had been done which we really appreciate. Michael and Lyn are a lovely couple I wouldn't hesitate in having sit for us again.
It has taken a while to find the time to write this review. I apologise to Michael and Lyn for that. We returned from a trip to find a spotless house, tidy garden and a very happy pooch. The moment we met Michael and Lyn we clicked and knew instinctively that need not look any further for house sitters. Michael and Lyn looked after our large garden block and house as if it was their own and kept us updated regularly with e-mail which we very much appreciated. Wow were do I start. Michael and Lyn were fantastic. The minute we meet them at our house we were so happy. We felt like we had known them for ever. They immediately bonded to our pets and treated them like their own. Michael picked my children up off the bus when they came home from overseas and he fixed my dodgy sliding door. My windows have never been so clean before.... I would not hesitate in having them back in our house again...anytime...Thank you Michael and Lyn.
With a house sitter looking after your pets, house and garden - you can really relax. Happy days.
