Hi there I'm Pat, I'm 33, clean, quiet and mature and am looking forward to meeting you and your pets :)

I have been house-sitting full-time instead of renting since September 2023.

I'm very thorough and organised and will have lots of time to take care of your pets and your place. I always make sure I leave every house in perfect condition and my referees will be able to back this up. As I am house-sitting permanently instead of renting there is the added incentive for me to ensure that I take perfect care of your place (because I am relying on having good references to be able get more sits in future).

I have another 4 referees (besides the ones who left a review here) who were all very pleased with how I took care of their property and their pets and I'm happy to provide their contact details.
I also have a completed police check / criminal history check available upon request.

A little bit more about me - I love soccer, the beach and playing board games with mates. I don't party, I don't smoke and I very rarely have a drink. I prefer where I'm living to be a sanctuary and if I'm going to see friends I prefer to meet up elsewhere to see them.

Pat not only cared for my 13 year old German shepherd Dakota with great attention, he managed a sizeable water leak upstairs with calm and maturity. Turning water main off outside immediately and leapt into action. Advised family and contacts very capably. The house and garden were cleaned and he communicated regularly with updates. Will certainly approach him again. My dig however now misses so much company at home, attention and brushing every day!

Patrick was the loveliest servant to my 3-year-old tabby Indi who adored him, so much so that we thought she was having a better holiday than we were. He sent regular updates with plenty of photos and videos and to see her so relaxed and enjoying his company meant that we were able to enjoy our time away. Pat has gone above and beyond what he needed to have done to look after our home. We got to know him through WhatsApp messages and calls while we spent three months in India. His communication skills are excellent and he was always ready to let me know about any questions or concerns. Patrick drove us to the airport and took some money for petrol with great reluctance.
