I have had many Housesitter's in the past with varied levels of success. I must say that Lucienne was by far the best. Communication was prompt accurate and to the point. She kept us up to date on our pets happiness with photos of throughout our absence. This was particularly important to us as one of out cats is quite elderly Upon return the cats seemed relaxed and stress free a sign they were well looked after. Lucienne looked after our house and pets for 9 days and did a wonderful job keeping us updated as needed. If she had any questions she reached out. She had to deal with a sick chicken and did a great job. House was left spotless and she even cleaned the room and washed the bedding. Dogs were relaxed and happy on our return. Our second time using Aussie Housesitters and another fantastic sitter. Lucienne loved our dog Nala from their first meet and greet and she took the time to ask questions and understand her unique/quirky cattle dog ways. We knew Nala would be well looked after and would love her time with Lucienne and she certainly did. We had daily updates and photos of their multiple daily walks, beach visits and dog park adventures together. They also enjoyed their down time of cuddles on the lounge where ... Needless to say Nala had a great holiday without us and has even been looking for Lucienne in the room she stayed in and at the front door. We hope Lucienne is available to housesit again in the future and we highly recommend.

Lucienne is truly an angel. She cared for my dog so well and sent me regular updates for peace of mind. My dog is shy but she warmed to Lucienne straight away. Lucienne looked after my plants perfectly and left my house spotless - she cleaned things such as my fridge before leaving! She is amazing. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Lucienne has been wonderful from the very start. Very organised and professional and has an amazing connection with animals. My cat and dog warmed to her as soon as they met her. She treated them like her very own and I'm sure they were sad when it was time for her to go. Lucienne kept me updated with daily photos and messages which really helped ease my mind while away knowing my pets and home were well cared for. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lucienne for pet/house sitting.

Lucienne was very professional in her approach to our house sit. It was very reassuring to know that our home and pets were being well cared for while we were away. We came home to a very clean and tidy house and very happy pets.

Lucienne did a great job of minding our home and more importantly looking after our little man. We returned to a very clean house and a very happy and contented dog. A few small miscommunications but nothing to be concerned about. Would definitely recommend her services.

I found myself needing a sitter at the eleventh hour and lucienne made herself available at short notice, took time to meet me and my animals to make sure we were both happy, and I've returned to healthy happy animals and a house and garden that's in better condition than what I left it. She kept me updated with photos while I was away and from how calm my dog is on my return, she definitely walked him ... We just got home from our overseas holiday and our pets are happy and house lovely and clean. We came home from our holiday to a spotless, well cared for home and a happy, relaxed ginger cat. Lucienne is a very special lady with a genuine affinity with animals. Her communication leading up to and during the sit was excellent, and we left knowing our home and cat were in the best of hands. We feel very fortunate to have had Lucienne sit for us and would highly recommend her to others.

Lucienne did a 5 week house sit for us and it was lovely to return home to things just as we had left them. My birds were well cared for, the garden had been kept in shape (despite Lucienne having some back problems) and I think the house was tidier than I left it. Lucienne was reliable and caring and we would be happy to recommend.

Lucienne was a great house sitter, the animals loved her, and looked great and happy on our return, we were away for 3 weeks, and the house was immaculate on our return, Lucienne kept in contact with us and any problems were quickly rectified, We would not hesitate in have Lucienne house sit for us again Jason and Cyndy
