71, Retired Primary Teacher

Hello. I am George, a retired primary school teacher, and am 71. I have minded homes and cats/dogs for many years, many being repeat minds. I have a current Police Check and excellent references. I have references from houseminds through this site.
I am fully Covid vaccinated.
I know how concerned pet owners are about their precious pets, and take my position very seriously. I also enjoy the company of animals. I often email photos or Youtube clips of the pet whilst the owner is away.

George is simply a gentleman. He looked after our apartment and old dog fantastically. He travelled a long distance to housesit and we're very grateful to have had him stay. He was very easy to communicate with and was even kind enough to leave us a little 'welcome home' gift. We 100% recommended him to anyone.

George was brilliant from the start, great communication and commitment to helping us with the house and pets. I can't recommend him highly enough. He went above and beyond with helping with chopping fire wood, making sure we had home made bread and milk to come home to. Lovely to go away and feel confident all is being well looked after at home.
