Hi! I'm Non-smoker, clean, responsible and quiet. I have a Police Check, excellent references, and almost 5 years experience as
a housesitter. I love animals, plants and art. I work as a freelance Illustrator and 3D artist which means I spend a lot of time at home either sketching or using my laptop.

I'm usually around the Sydney area, and when I'm not house-sitting I'm in Newcastle. I recently graduated as a 3D artist and I'm looking for work in Sydney, which is why I am looking forward to house-sitting in the city and its surrounding suburbs.

I like to take care of other people's houses as if they were my own for as long as I live there. I will bring in the mail, keep everything clean, take bins in/out, care for your pets, water plants and keep you informed about my stay and your house. I have owned a cat and raised a wild pigeon, as well as taken care of other people's cats and fish in the past. But no matter what species your pet is, I'm happy to care for it! I like to give attention to animals (in fact, I can't help it!).

Candela is a trustworthy and considerate house sitter who took great care of our 2 cats. She kept us up to date while we were away and we loved receiving the photos she sent of the cats too. Candela managed the cats eating regime perfectly (one tends to overeat) with no issues. We came home to a very clean and tidy house and very happy cats. I would absolutely recommend Candela as a housesitter and would love to have her back again. Thank you Candela!

Candela was awesome with our cats. We arrived back to a clean, neat and tidy house. She had even aired our rooms for us. The cats were happy, calm and chilled when we got back. We would be keen to have her housesit for us again if the dates align in the future!.

Candela proved to be an excellent house sitter. She did a great job looking after our home and giving us peace of mind that our cat was being well taken care of. She was easy to communicate with and conscientious about making sure that unforeseen things were attended to -such as the driveway becoming slimy and slippery with algae from the torrential rain over the past months. We would be glad to have her sit here again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a house sitter

Candela was totally reliable as our house/cat sitter for a 5 week trip and her competence and genuine intuitiveness allowed us to relax while away and know that both our 2 old moggies and our house were in her capable hands. Communication was excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend Candela as an experienced and trustworthy house sitter.

Unfortunately my holiday was cut short due to Covid 19 and Candela moved out ahead of time leaving everything clean and tidy. Candela had quite a way to travel and it would have been very inconvenient for her, but unusual circumstances. I would recommend her to others as she is a very pleasant, reliable and caring person.

Candela did a great job looking after our house and our three kitties while we were away on a much-needed week-long break. She daily sent us photos of our darlings and left the house spotlessly clean on our arrival. She cared for our plants as per our instruction. I would heartily recommend her for her warm nature and attention to detail. We're looking forward to her next 3-week-long sit in February!

Candela was a wonderful housesitter. We would welcome her back anytime. The house was really clean when we arrived home, and our cat was healthy and very content. Candela even made toys for our cat to play with. Candela was easy to communicate with, always very responsive. She sent photos of our cat to us while we were away, which we loved. I highly recommend Candela as a housesitter.

Candela looked after Quinn for us for 3 days. She had excellent communication skills throughout the whole process from her quick response to my listing through the lead up to her stay and throughout.
