As a pet lover do enjoy looking after dogs and cats having had my own. Importantly It is my endeavour to provide owners with peace of mind that their pets and home are been well cared for whilst they are away. In addition with do enjoy maintaining gardens.
In 2018 returned to Melbourne from the Sunshine Coast Queensland to work in freight forwarding and logistics management. March 2020 returned to Noosa. February 2022 back again in Melbourne to finally wind up business.
Currently am enjoying pet and house sitting again given my love for animals.
With COVID am fully vaccinated having had the boosters.
For 33 years resided at my Black Rock home, was the Coordinator of Bayside Neighbourhood Watch, in addition actively involved in many other local community activities.
Cleanliness and house security is most important to me.
May I welcome new opportunities with remaining most flexible to the locations.
We felt so secure having Philip minding our home and cat for this longer sit. He communicated well throughout and we had absolutely no worries or concerns. Coming home was a calm experience as everything was as we’d left it and there was some food in the fridge too. Yet again, a wonderful experience with Philip. Marley was very relaxed and happy as usual.
Philip looked after our house and our dog again and he was wonderful. Our dog loves the walks Philip takes him on! Communication always great. Thank you again!!!
I would like to thank philip and highly recommend him for any house sit in the future. I had an unfortunate incident happen at my property the day before the scheduled house sit which was very stressful. Philip was a fabulous housesitter and really looked after our house as though it was his own. He cared for our small dog so well... taking him for his two walks a day and playing with him in between. I would have no hesitation in recommending Philip as a housesitter. He communicated with us almost every day during his stay.
We met Philip prior to the house sit, which was most helpful in getting to know him. Philip was easy to get along with and very respectful. Our puppy warmed to him immediately. He clearly loves animals.
Philip ably looked after our home and pets during our 2 weeks holiday. He communicated regularly with us and assured us that things were being looked after in our absence, which gave us peace of mind on our holiday. We arrived home to a tidy house and happy pets.

Philip took wonderful care of Rosie, my Jack Russell terrier. She is an active dog and he walked her three times a day, including to off leash ares. He also took very good care of my two bedroom apartment. I am sure that Rosie will miss him.
Phillip was great! The house was clean and tidy when we got home, he’d even washed and dried the sheets and remade the bed. The cats we calm and relaxed when we got home, it seems they had a great time with him. Communication while we were gone was good, no hesitation recommending Phillip.

Philip was just great with Cooper, he was very spoilt with walks and much attention. It was great to know Cooper and the house were being well looked after and we could just get on with our 4 week trip overseas. Philip was also very understanding when we came back a day earlier than planned! I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Philip for your next house sit, we would have him again in a heartbeat.
Philip has a gift with animals and that is clear by the calm state of my dogs when I came home from holidays. I cannot recommend Philip highly enough! This was the first time I had to leave my toy poodle who is 10 years of age with a complete stranger and Philip made it very easy for me to feel reassured my fur baby Teddy was being left in very capable hands. Philip is a complete professional and had a meet & greet a few weeks prior to the booking, and then met 1 week prior to take Teddy out for a walk to connect with him. Philip was very friendly and sent us regular photos. our cat was very comfortable with him and the garden in good shape when we returned.
We came back from our week away to a contented dog and well cared for house and garden. Philip came round to meet us and introduce himself to Harry the week before. We wouldn't hesitate to have him housesit for us again.
Philip is an extremely kind and thoughtful sitter. My cats were very happy and well cared for. I appreciate the help Philip provided with letting a maintenance person access the property. Philip had great communication, was a tidy guest and a friendly person to all my neighbours!
Philip is the perfect sitter. What a comfort to leave our gorgeous cat in his care. They instantly bonded (his first time with a man) and when we came home he was very contented and well-behaved. The house was left cleaner than we left it along with some lovely gifts. Can't wait to have him back.

Philip has done a wonderful job sitting for us. He cared for our dog so beautifully I'm not even sure that she missed us. After our 3 weeks away we came home to tidy house and a well tended garden. He communicated updates as to Buffy's daily doings including pics. I loved receiving them. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a sitter.

Philip was great with my two scardy-cats, getting Scouty to accept pats from day 1! He looked after my house and plants well, and sent me daily updates, so I got back from a short getaway to two happy cats. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Philip for any sits.

Philip took great care of my cat Borage and my house and garden. Borage is very friendly so I knew they would get on. He kept me informed with daily bulletins, washed and dried sheets and towels, left me flowers. On my return I found both house and cat looking very good.
Philip looked after our two dogs and our house for a week in March 2021 and it was a very successful experience for the dogs and for us. Philip was very professional and caring in that he came beforehand to meet us and the dogs and he also came once again before the actual sit and walked the dogs so that the dogs could become a bit more familiar with him. We got Philip on relatively short notice, due to my others sitters unavailability to come. We met him before the stay and I was happy he could sit for us. He was in contact often with texts and photos and when we arrived home, everything was fine. Dogs were happy and well fed and our house was tidy. Philip even left milk for us. Philip also was very kind and considerate to meet our dogs on several occasions before the house sit began bonding with our dogs .

Philip is an excellent house and pets sitter. He is kind and considerate. He made sure we had basic food as were coming back from overseas at dawn. He communicated regularly and provided updates especially about our rescued dogs who eventually bonded to him. Philip was a wonderful house sitter- he was highly professional and his attention to detail in regard to pet care was exemplary. We were delighted to come home to find a beautiful gift of roses and a very happy and contented cat and milk and raisin bread in the fridge ( the perfect antidote to a late night return from overseas).
