House sitter waiting for your call :-) We are registered house sitters and have had 173 house sits over the past eleven years, a lot of them being repeat requests. Aged in our 60's, we are non smokers and non drinkers. We have cared for many types of pets over the years. We have cared for houses on ordinary sized blocks and on acreage and mown lawns when required and cared for gardens, pools etc. We can supply names and phone numbers of past house sits as references if required. We have been both landlords and tenants over the years and understand the importance of caring for property belonging to others. I am unable to go online very often but the phone may be the best means of contact. We love all types of cats and dogs with a huge preference for big dogs. I have been known as 'The Schmackoes Lady' as I always have Schmackoes in my left pocket. We always bring our own bedding, towels, cleaning products and even our own toilet paper.

My preference is the Wynnum/Manly areas as well as Capalaba, Birkdale and Cleveland as we used to have our own home in Birkdale and therefore know the area well. I would also be interested in house sits near the Tewantin area on the Sunshine Coast.
