Hello,

I am an independent and mature female. Originally from the West Coast, yet moved to Queensland in early 2021. I have previously housesat for many pet owners, and I have experience looking after many types of pets. I enjoy the company of all animals, (I miss their company a lot of the time as I don't have pets of my own). Not to mention, I occasionally use the green thumb, and I enjoy the slow-paced leisure of garden and lawn maintenance. On top of this, I have previous experience as a housekeeper and cleaner, so your home will be kept in good condition while you are away.

As for my personal life, I work part-time hours in Aged Care and I study holistic health online. I also enjoy yoga, swimming and volunteering at community events. I am a respectful, tidy and homebody type of female, who enjoys time with animals and nature.

Maria was everything we could have asked for in a sitter. Friendly, reliable and trustworthy. We enjoyed our holiday away knowing our boy Ollie was in safe hands. She kept in contact the whole time with updates and photos, and we came home to a lovely clean home. Would not hesitate recommending Maria to anyone

I highly recommend Maria as a housesitter. She is very personable, has great communication and showed genuine interest in looking after our pets and home. We returned home to a lovely note and some little treats, as well as a spotless home and happy pets! I would be very happy for Maria to housesit for us again.

Maria was a great house sitter, very friendly and professional. She provided me with regular updates and photos. Sadly my cat Saffy was a little wary & timid so didn't provide much affection to Maria. She also left me some cookies she baked which was very sweet. I would be happy to use Maria again.

Had a great conversation with Maria who is a student living at home and like to housesit away from family to study. She would contact me a week before our housesit to confirm a time to visit. I heard nothing from her and had to send a text asking her to confirm her visit. She replied later that day she can no longer do the housesit as she has to work. Maria contacted us after we submitted an ad, with short notice to care for our 6 1/2 month old puppy, 7 year old cat and 10 month old rabbit for 4 nights at our home. This was our first time ever using a house sitter/pet sitter, and I was beyond nervous!! Maria did an exceptional job in taking care of my two dogs. They got their daily walks, gave them baths. They are happy fur kids when I got home. She sent photos and updates which makes my trip away from them more at ease as I know they are well look after. thanks Maria
