Hello,
We are Sue & Daryl in our mid 50,s non-smokers just starting our next exciting adventure, married for 35yrs, now the kids have flown the coop, fur babies sadly now passed away, rented the house and setting out to see our great country with a 22ft van in tow wishing to combine work, travel and house sitting.
Our love and experience with pets have been breeding Border Collies and birds also owning cats, chickens, ducks, wallaby, calf and occasional rescue of a hare or two while living on the farm.
Our passions are building and renovating houses, 8 so far, gardening and fishing, always owning our homes we are a house proud couple reliable, trustworthy and will look after your home and pets as our own.
Our history briefly so far, Daryl grew up on a broad acre property, qualified boilermaker with numerous tickets, past 3 yrs sub contracting to Queensland Health.
Myself worked in retail and currently a personal carer in aged care and disability with police check, blue and yellow cards, looking after clients in residential and community care in their own homes.
Having lived on a farm and owning a pool we have experience with home, garden & pool maintenance.
Our van is fully self contained so can base ourselves in it or your home what ever suits you.

We were so fortunate to have Sue and Daryl stay at our property to tend the gardens and mind Pusscat. A lovely couple who made me feel at ease from the onset. Pusscat was definitely looked after well. Very open communication during their stay to keep me informed. Would highly recommend this lovely couple for any potential sitting positions.

Daryl & Sue were amazing Housesitters and we can't thank them enough! When we left we had last minute very worrying situation with our cows but they were happy to still take on the situation and kept us constantly informed. It gave us peace of mind and we were very grateful for their care and consideration. We were so fortunate to have booked Sue and Daryl for our most recent house sit. They are a lovely couple who were very accommodating. Our pets were befriended and well-cared for. I think Jezzy would have been especially sorry to see the caravan departing as she had lapped up the extra attention. Our home was very clean and tidy on our return. Daryl and Sue house sat our house for 2 weeks while we were away. They looked after our dog Leo as if he was their own. We met with Daryl and Sue before the sit, and instantly knew they would be perfect. Throughout the time we were away, they gave us regular updates on Leo. When we returned, our house was in immaculate condition and Leo was very content. We can not thank Daryl and Sue enough and would happily have them sit for us again.

Sue and Daryl are outstanding house sitters. From first communication and then meeting them they made us feel comfortable. They had the highest Integrity and could be trusted with our home. We live in Karratha a mining town in the Pilbara region of Australia & posted an add seeking a reliable couple for three weeks whilst we were away in New Zealand. Sue & Daryl replied to our ad & on meeting them we could see they were a lovely, genuine couple & our dog took to both of them straight away, which was a good indicator to us they were also great with animals.
