Hello, may I introduce myself Ann-Marie and husband Terry. We are retired, active, non smoking couple who are dedicated house sitters and pet carers. We appreciate that house sitting allows us to explore Australia, getting to know new areas and families. We are a married couple, of 45 years. We Have been house sitters for 7 years now and (Platinum plus) members with Aussie housesitters. Our home is in Brisbane but we love to visit new places and care for your home and pets whist you are on holidays. Both of us were brought up in country (NSW) and have had animals and pets most of our lives. We do not own or have any animals now, as we mostly travel. I am a former nurse who loves to keep active, walk every day, garden, clean etc. We are able to provide character references if requested. We are both very active in the community and would love to care for your home and pets. We have Housesat and cared for a range of dogs, cats, horses, cattle etc. Feel free to asked any questions regarding our Housesitting. We now own a small motorhome, so need a bed to sleep in whilst Housesitting. Please read or reviews and contact us anytime.
Such a pleasure to write a review for Ann-Marie and Terry. We came home to an immaculate home, a tenaciously cared for garden and very happy and healthy pets. Our dogs demand a lot of affection (!) and Ann-Marie and Terry clearly gave it to them. Would absolutely love to have Ann-Marie and Terry sit again and would highly recommend to anyone. They really and truly went above and beyond.
It was lovely to meet Ann and Terry! It was so easy to go away feeling confident our dog and house would be in great hands! Everything looked beautiful when we came home. Coco was happy to see us but it was obvious she had been looked after well.
We had daily communication about Coco and even several photos sent to us. We would highly recommend Ann and Terry to anyone looking for a house sitter!

We were thrilled to find Ann Marie & Terry on aussiehousesitters. While we did not meet in person, it was clear that we were like minded people from our email, text and phone communication. Handover was easy and they took excellent care of our home and cat for the week we were away. We would not hesitate to contact them for a return sit and recommend them highly to other home/pet owners :)

Unfortunately Anne-Marie and Terry, got CO-vid, just they were about to do the house sit, so they weren't able to, but the communication and meeting them the week before was great, and i'm sure they would have looked after the place well.
Would be happy to use them if they ever wanted to do it again

We felt very confident leaving our home and animals in the care of Ann Marie and Terry. They were very quick to respond in our initial correspondence and were in contact through out our trip to let us know everything was going well. We returned to a wonderfully clean home and animals that had been well looked after. We highly recommend them as housesitters!
Ann Marie and Terry were excellent housesitters and pet minders. The dogs and cats were extremely well looked after and we received regular texts to let us know everything and everyone was OK. The house, garden and lawns were well tended.
Wonderful house sitters and exceptional people - Ann Marie and Terry made our holiday a carefree and relaxed experience as they stayed in regular contact and sent happy snaps of our fur babies and garden. On our return our home was immaculate, the garden was well cared for and our pets were all happy. Ann Marie and Terry were flexible and very willing to fulfil all our requests. Highly recommended!!

Anne-Marie and Terry were excellent house sitters while we were away for quite a long holiday. Angie, our cat was cared for and loved. I don't think she missed us at all! They are very responsible and treated our home with the utmost respect and care. Communication was frequent and friendly. I hope we have the pleasure of having Ann-Marie and Terry look after our home again at some future date. We highly recommend them for prospective house sits.
Ann-Marie and Terry are wonderful housesitters and we could not be more impressed. They stayed in touch and even sent photos of our happy pets. I can highly recommend them, the house was immaculate when we got home and I could do away with an easy mind knowing this caring couple were going to do a fine job, which they did. No problems and I think they were wonderful.
Fantastic and friendly house-sitters. Ann and Terry took care of our 2 cats, 3 chickens, various fish and house plants for a week. Everything was bigger and stronger when we arrived back, and cleaner than we left it - they did some sort of magic with everything! ;) Thanks guys and good luck with your travels!
Ann-Marie and Terry recently did a house sit for us on our hobby farm near Gympie. We are so pleased with how well they cared for our home and all of our animals. Our two dogs were happy and healthy on our return and life had carried on for our geese, chooks and cows as if we had never left. The vegetable garden was blossoming and all other watering had been carried out as requested. I'm sure our house was cleaner on our return than before we left for our holiday! Ann-Marie and Terry did a wonderful job of caring for our energetic Coco and fish. It was a pleasure to come home to a happy pet and well kept home. I would highly recommend them as housesitters.
Ann-Marie & Terry looked after our fur family whilst we had a few days away. The fur babies had a wonderful time! I think they may have even had a better holiday than us! Always wonderful to come home knowing your family and home are well looked after and cared for. Ann-Marie and Terry did both that. Would not hesitate in recommending them to others
