I am 34 years old. I live in the northern suburbs of Melbourne ans work as engineer in Sustainable Energy (mainly from home). I love the out space and going out for walk, rides and enjoy the nature, so be sure that I will take your dog for a walk.
I also love gardening, specially have a fanatism for veggie patchs, so I will also take care of your plants.
I enjoy my space and always make sure is a nice place to be. It is my place for relaxation and meditation, so I will also keep it clean and tidy.
I love a good meal, and am a cuisine nethusiastic, so I tend to be at home a lot, so I will keep your pets company. As a bonus, I can leave you with some welcoming dinner when you come back so you can stay chill after your holidays. ;)
I have housesitted a few times before, but not many through this site, so I do not have many references here, but happy to put you in touch with my previous sits if you need to. I have couchsurfing profile if you'd like to read my references there. I do not have IG, but do have FB if you need to know more about my life (but do not really use it much). Guess that the best place for you to know me is through my CS references.
I respond very well in emergencies as I have worked as a search and rescue volunteer. I also have drivers licence. Please ask me anything you need and be sure that your pets are in great hands. You can text me all you want while you are away, I usually respond very quickly and can keep you posted with the latest tricks from your dog/cat/rabbit/parrot/spider/crocodile.

Santi looked after our elderly Kelpie X 'George' for 16 days over the Christmas period. We got regular updates on how George was going and when we got home he was a happy doggie !! All arrangements were easy to make with Santi and our place was left clean and tidy. He kindly replenished some supplies for the house. We highly recommend Santi for any housesitting and I hope that he maybe able to help us out in the future.
Santi was an incredible house sitter who went way beyond what was expected of caring for our animals, a dog and 2 cats. He was a very compassionate, considerate and caring person who could think outside of difficult situations. He was a great communicator and kept us informed of everything. We would highly recommend him to care for your animals as he was amazing.
Just a fantastic effort by Santi. He kept us in touch the whole 6 weeks we were away, the house was impeccable when we returned and I know how much effort he put into the care of our 2 labs, one old and one young . He’s intelligent, gentle, has wide interests and enjoyed getting out with the dogs. I can’t recommend Santiago highly enough; we’d have him back any time.

He left my home nice and clean. Even washed the bed sheets and had them out to dry for my return.

We highly recommend Santiago. Santiago was a great and responsible farm sitter!! Nothing was too much trouble and he did all those extra things which were very much appreciated. He prioritized our animals so they were very well looked after. Our dogs even enjoyed fetch and games of frizby, my pre-release wombats were monitored and fed reliably as they were down the back paddock, Due to the cold and wet Winter, the cows required extra hay and he happily did this. Santi did a fantastic job looking after our exuberant 7 month old Golden pup. He even taught him to use the doggy door! Things did get complicated with COVID-19 but through great communication we were able to work it out. We would be happy to have Santi back any time and would highly recommend him. I highly recommend Santiago. I came home to a clean house and happy animals even had a nice dinner waiting for us. Gardens were tended to a d each animal was cared for individually to their needs. Even fixed a trough that stopped working for the horses whilst I was away. Can't recommend him enough. Great house sitter !!!!

Santiago was an amazing house and dog sitter for Keiko and Soxi. I appreciated receiving updates and hearing how well they were getting on as they can sometimes be a bit of a handful! Everything was spick and span when I got home, including a loaf of home baked bread which was so appreciated and really above and beyond my expectation. I would be so happy to have Santiago as a sitter again and can highly recommend him to anyone else in need of someone reliable, respectful and decent :) Thanks!
We are extremely pleased with Santiago for taking care of our 2 dogs while we are away over weekends. He keep updating us with photo of our dogs. We highly recommend him for his services. Definitely use him again for our next holiday
Santiago was a fantastic housesitter. I was away for a month he regularly updated me on the goings on in the house with my cat Maggie (not much).

Santiago was the perfect pet and house sitter. As this was my first experience I was a bit apprehensive but need not have worried. Issi and Kerry were happy and cared for. Santiago even offered to prepare lunch on our return. A lovely home made sour dough loaf was left for us. I would highly recommend Santiago, a delightful, quiet, well mannered young man who we would be more than happy to have in our home on a future occasion. Thank you Santiago
