We are 2 non-smoking, retired teachers who are travelling around Australia for the foreseeable future. We continue to maintain our teacher registration and this has a regular police check component. We enjoy the company of pets and have lots of experience with dogs, cats, chooks, and birds. We also have some experience with horses, sheep, reptiles and rats. We would prefer to have room onsite to park our campervan, although this is NOT necessary when sitting close to Brisbane.
We have completed over 30st house sits over 5 years and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We hope to hear from you soon!

We left our beloved dogs and our house in the capable hands of Allan and Narelle with confidence following a pre-housesit meeting. Their communication was excellent. It was especially kind of them to send several photos of our dogs while we were away. We returned to find the house spick and span, in fact, tidier than when we left. We wish Narelle and Allan the best with their travels and hope they may fit us into their schedule for another house sit in the future.

This was our first experience in having a house sitter and we couldn’t be happier. Narelle and Allen were the best. They met us before our holiday to make sure our needs were going to be fully met. They looked after our 2 boys (cats) superbly and sent us lovely pics of them being groomed. On our return the house was immaculate. We highly recommend Narelle and Allen.

Allen and Narelle were excellent house sitters. Right from our first meeting, everything ran smoothly. They took good care of our 22 chickens and even had to bury one of our sick chooks, that died whilst we were away. They also ensured our cows and horses had enough water by checking and topping up the troughs twice a day. Allen and Narelle took good care of our house and pool and we came home to a beautifully clean and tidy house. We highly recommend Allen and Narelle and would definitely ask ... My partner and I went away to Canada for 6 weeks over Christmas so naturally we were worried about finding people that we could trust, not only with our house and garden, but with our 8 year old husky, Aurora. Like all huskies, she is all personality, needed to be walked twice a day and given lots of affection. Allen and Narelle went above and beyond. Also, when we returned, the house was in pristine condition! The beds were cleaned and freshly made, the kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and everything in general was neat and tidy. The garden and plants were all alive and well maintained. I don't think I've ever seen the place in such good shape!
We couldn't have been luckier to come across with wonderful couple and I highly recommend them to look after your home and pets. We hope they will house sit for us again one day.

Wow! Narelle and Allen did a fantastic job looking after all our animals and our home. Our dog and cat were very relaxed and happy on our return. We have a guinea pig that managed to escape just before we went away and Allen managed to catch her for us....very impressive (shes quick!) Our house was immaculate and our lawn mowed on our return. It looked better than when we left! I would certainly trust Allen and Narelle with my animals and home again.
