Rod and Craig outdid our expectations by 1000%. Not only were they so professional and knowledgeable about looking after my garden and home but two of the most decent, charming and wonderful humans that we could've ever asked to meet. They are definitely considered our friends. We would recommend them to everyone. Thank you guys you are both amazing.
P.S. I've asked them to move in as my house was immaculate and so clean on our return.

We had the pleasure of Rod & Craig house sitting for us recently. They took good care of our boys (Chows) Midas & Jet and left our home cleaner than when we left for holiday. Although we were mostly out of contact due to poor phone reception, they still made the effort to provide us with updates.
We highly recommend Rod & Craig to anyone looking for someone to housesit their home and pets and we cannot thank Rod and Craig enough for their care of our home and companionship for our pets.

Highly recommend Rod and Craig. My furbabies were very spoilt and my house was spotless when I returned. I received daily updates on my furbabies and knew they were very loved. Thankyou Rod & Craig. Garden care was not required yet my lawns were mowed. My dogs kennel needed some TLC and they fixed that for me as well. I will ve booking with them again when they are in NSW

Rod and Craig were truly wonderful people that we felt very relaxed about leaving our little fur friend with. He had just torn his ACL and we couldnt change our travel plans so Rod and Craig had to manage the little guys medication and his daily exercise regime. When we got home to a spotless house and glossy happy staffy we couldnt have been happier. The house and yard were a lot better than we went away and our little mate was a happy relaxed boy. We cant thank these guys enough for the care ... MORERod and Craig were truly wonderful people that we felt very relaxed about leaving our little fur friend with. I was fortunate to book Rod and Craig for two weeks to look after my Princess. Aneska is a timid six-year-old rescue dog who has never been separated from me. She had travelled around most of Australia with us in our caravan. I was unsure how she would react to two strangers in her home. The video call proved all was well when she was kissing Rod and Craig, trying to distract them from speaking to me. Aneska was her cheeky self. Rod and Craig were fantastic sitters, my dog Sugar was looked after impeccably, and even though it was cold, they managed to take her out for walks in between the rain! When I came home, the house was immaculate and even some small household problems had been fixed, I was so impressed! I would have Rod and Craig sit for me again in a heartbeat. They are truly lovely people, great with communication and I highly recommend them as house and pet sitters. 100 percent recommend!!

Rod & Craig couldn't have taken better care of our much loved cats, on our return we could see they were healthy, happy and super chilled.
Our home was left immaculate and I am sure my linen cupboard was tidier than when I left!

Rod and Craig have now house/dog sat for us 4 times. After about 10 seconds the dogs remembered who they were and gave them a great welcome. These gentlemen once again provided superb care for our dogs and house ( even fixing the doggie gate and an exterior gate that was playing up- many thanks for that). The dogs get lots of exercise and attention. We would have them back at any opportunity.

As I write this, I know I'm not going to be happy, because I'm probably never going to get Rod and Craig back, because they will be too busy, looking after everyone else's pets!!! What should have been a quick trip away, had to be extended, but Rod and Craig were amazing, and took everything in their stride. Rod and Craig are our best housesitters! They are fantastic, they were so adaptable after a very bumpy covid lead up where we were not sure if we could travel. The house way spotless on our return and the pets were sorry to see them go! Rod and Craig house sat for for two weeks & they were amazing! We have a 2 dogs and a large garden, we returned not only to find the house immaculate, the garden green but also to find they had fixed a few things around the house!
They had great communication from our first messages, let us know their plans and when they were arriving, They were happy to come early to meet the dogs. In addition, the communication was great while we were away. We received many reassuring texts (and photos) ... MORERod and Craig house sat for for two weeks & they were amazing! We have a 2 dogs and a large garden, we returned not only to find the house immaculate, the garden green but also to find they had fixed a few things around the house!

Our dogs have quirks, like many do, and Rod and Craig managed these well. It is obvious not only are they animal lovers but they also are also experienced looking after pets.

They cared for our house beautifully and even folded our laundry that was left hanging when we left! Such a gesture shows their care and attention to detail. My dog looks superb, is happy and sleek and my home has been cleaned and left in beautiful condition, supplies for the dog and I bought and ... We were Lucky enough to have Rod an Craig sit for us while we were away. When we had our meet an greet we instandly felt comfortable with them like we had known them for years. They gave Honey a bath which we are truely grateful for as it got really hot at home being an older dog now she loves them to cool her down. The boys kept in touch with updates an photos of Honey and our sons budgies, i recieved them when we returned to Brisbane due to no phone or internet coverage on cruise but where ... Despite the Summer heat, the garden was in great condition when we got back and the house was cleaner than when we left. They took the time to visit us a few months before the stay which was reassuring for us as first-time users of a house sitting service. We had regular updates while we were away and had total peace of mind that our things were being looked after as if they were their own. Rod & Craig were easy ... Rod and Craig are truly 5 star house/pet sitters. Prior to and during the sit we communicated as needed. They looked after our house, garden and Border Collies, Benson and Hamish for 5 weeks. ( The dogs even learned new excellent behaviours!). The house and garden were beautiful on our return. . Great photos of the dogs and reports of their antics while we were away were much appreciated. You could not meet two nicer people than Rod and Craig who arrived at our house the day before we left for a 4 week holiday, so we could give them a familiarisation of the property, the peninsular we live, and introduce them to our 3 Pugs.

It certainly is peace of mind when you leave the next day to go on holidays knowing too well that your house and dogs are being left in the best of hands.
We are people who are very house proud, with a beautiful garden where we have spent a lot of money on developing, not to mention the hard manual work put in to have it looking the way we had planned.
On return from our holiday they had the property looking as though we had never left the house, garden watered regularly and the lawn mowed to our high standards and edging trimmed to perfection. Our 3 Pugs were walked regularly, in fact our neighbours suggested on our return that we had to maintain the high standard of sometimes 2 walks a day. The dogs were given a bath on a few occasions which was noticeable on our arrival home.
The most pleasing aspect of our experience with both gentlemen was how efficient they were in regular communication whilst we were away. Telling us about watering the garden, and updates on the Pugs, even sending photos of the dogs.
We were very appreciative of Rod and Craig who looked after our property and dogs as if they were their own. We have developed a friendship with them and intend to meet with them in the next week to have a coffee and a good chat.
We consider ourselves to be very fortunate to have found Rod and CRaig and can't thank them enough for house sitting.

Rod and Craig looked after our large Golden Retriever and our Cat. The communication from the start was seamless. They house sat for us for 3 weeks. Their capability in managing and caring for our 50kg dog was great and I was able to be away carefree as it was our first time leaving him. They were easily contactable before the sit, and we were put at ease when we met them and could see that our house and 2 dogs would be well cared for while we were away for a month. MORECraig and Rod exceeded our expectations. They were easily contactable before the sit, and we were put at ease when we met them and could see that our house and 2 dogs would be well cared for while we were away for a month. We had regular updates and photos while we were away, which allowed us to be relaxed while we were away. We came home to a beautifully clean home, happy, healthy dogs, our garden had been well cared for, and fresh bread and milk in the fridge. Could not be happier. Would love to use Craig and Rod again for our next holiday if possible. Highly recommended. Thank you both for all your great care.

Well, where do I start. From the time Rod and Craig first contacted us to say they would consider doing our house/pet sit it was so easy and friendly. We met up the first time so they could meet our fur babies, and the second time so they could get to know us and vice versa. We left our place feeling so happy knowing the kids will be well looked after. THAT.... was an understatement, as our babies were totally spoilt. Our house was immaculate, the lawns had been mown for us, and I feel embarrassed to say but my car had been washed and cleaned (which is something I never do), so obviously the guys realised this and did it for me. Thanks guys. My husband was amazed at everything they did for us and he said, I thought they would just relax and feed the animals. Rod and Craig we cant say thankyou enough for taking the wonderful care of everything, and I have to admit we did not worry about anything while we were away as we knew you were in control. These guys are the best and cant wait to book them again next year. But I hope we can keep our wonderful friendship going for a long time to come, as we feel you are like family. Anyone who is lucky enough to snare Rod and Craig for a house sit job will be truly blessed! When we first met them it was as if we had known them forever and were simply old friends catching up. Our dog took to them instantly (and he usually bails up strangers) and settled down at their feet over dinner. During our 2 months away they sent us regular updates with photos and it was such a relief to know Zeus was relaxed and happy in their company. During our absence our hot water system faded ... During our absence our hot water system faded into oblivion - well died a quick and painless death actually - and not only did they promptly organise a new one to be fitted (saving us the hassle of doing so from Poland) but paid for it too, trusting us completely to refund them the$1400!!! On our return the house was spotless, the garden immaculate and they had even done a few repairs around the place and planted some pretty little annuals and coriander. My kinda guys! I can not recommend them highly enough and will always approach them first when next we go on holiday. They are soooo popular though so book them ASAP if you are hoping to secure their services. From our perspective they will remain our friends forever and we look forward to many more dinners and the odd wine or six in the years to come. Thanks guys - you are the best!!!

Wow...these guys are great. They sent daily text messages to let us know how things were going with our 'family'. We lent them our car so they could see more of the island. It was returned to us with the inside pretty well detailed. They even mowed our grass!! Cats were content when we arrived home and the chooks are laying again. Well done guys....thank you, house looked great....even my cupboards :)

Rod and Craig were fantastic. We met them before the house sit and the questions they asked and the interest they took in our dogs reassured me they were genuinely had the dogs interest at heart. Rod and Craig took excellent care of our dogs, they updated us with messages and photos , which was fabulous and so reassuring.
On our return the house was spotless, the dogs relaxed and very happy.

We went overseas and we were delighted to find all our plants well watered and had grown a lot. The house was cleaner than when we left even though our regular cleaner had just been. The bed had been stripped and the sheets and towels had been washed, dried and folded. Nothing was out of place in the kitchen, the Barbeque had been cleaned and both the front and back yard were swept and tidy. GREAT JOB BOYS THANKYOU
