We are a retired couple from the U.K. with family living in Perth and also in Melbourne. We travel to Australia for holidays staying at our daughter's house in Perth and my cousin's house in Melbourne. Recently we have been staying for three months, in 2014 we tried house sitting for the first time and found that we enjoyed it greatly. We had four house sits all obtained through word of mouth. Each person has said that they would provide a reference for us should it be required.
We have always had pets of our own in the past but we are usually away for six months of the year (Our winter time) so unfortunately it is not practical for us to own one nowadays. We are comfortable with most pets especially dogs as we are quite fit and love to go for walks. My husband, although not an expert, is quite good at looking after the garden and pool areas.
We are both non smokers.

No rating We had Alma and Allan look after our home while we went on holidays. We came back to a perfect home and our 2 cats where very happy and settled. We would definitely get Alma and Allan to sit for us again nothing was to much trouble. Thanks again.

Alma and Alan were perfect house sitters. My house and animals were well looked after and left beautiful and clean. Due to the corona virus we had to cut our holiday short and return back home. Alma and Alan were more than helpful and understanding and communication was a breeze. Thankyou both we will see if ur available for our next holiday. P.s I think storms still missing you both.

Alma and Alan were fantastic and I cant recommed them highly enough.They kept our home and pets extremely well cared for and would recommend anyone wanting house sitters to welcome them into their home :)

Alma & Alan looked have just looked after our 2 boxers and our home for 9 days while myself and my husband went on holiday. I would 100% recommend them and if we ever go away again they will be our first choice. They were open to meeting up with us before the housesit as we wanted them to meet the dogs as they are very energetic. This didn't phase them at all and our dogs warmed to them straight away... so much so that they tried to go with them when they left! I am a bit of a worrier ... MORE

Alma and Alan are very easy going and relaxed people which instantly made our dogs feel comfortable around them. They also treated our home with respect & we came back to a very neat and tidy home.
