Hi there, our names are Pete and Liza.

We describe ourselves as a friendly, respectful and responsible married couple currently living in Sydney.

We would like to experience living in different areas around Sydney whilst saving and deciding on where to buy our first home.

In between our house sits and overseas travel we regularly look after a large 4-bedroom house in the Southern Suburbs of Sydney. We prefer longer house sits with a minimum of 4 weeks, though contact us for shorter house sits as we may be available.

Our house sitting experience ranges from units and town houses to large luxury water front homes, with lots of experience in caring for dogs, cats, birds, fish and even possums.

Being very house-proud people, we would respect and care for your home just as if it were our own and do not charge you for our services.

We are non-smokers, enjoy sports and are physically active.

Pete is a business owner and runs a personal development company called VIP Success Club, where online subscribers download eBooks, videos and audio interviews/seminars by successful people from all around the world. This business is run remotely therefore he is home during the day.

Liza works as a sales and marketing manager for a well-known health food chain in the CBD and is the editor of a popular online health magazine called Vitality Bulletin.

We have our own wireless internet, mobile phone and Skype account and therefore would not need to make any calls from, or use your home landline.

Some of the responsibilities we are happy to accept are:

* Looking after your loved pets and giving them lots of attention. Feeding and walking them on demand is part and parcel of what we do. There is no need to put your pets through the distress of boarding, or for you to deal with the fear that a family member or friend may forget to feed and take care of them.

* Taking care of your pool, lawns and gardens gives us pride in where we are staying as well.

* As mentioned, we are both extremely house proud people and will ensure your house stays in perfect condition.

* Since one of us will be at the residence almost the entire time, we can organise to have any unforeseen maintenance tended to promptly in your absence.

* All mail will be collected, all messages retrieved and any calls redirected.

* We will look after your valuable home as we are reliable, trustworthy and have respect for your privacy and property.

For your complete peace of mind, we are happy to sign a house sitting contract.
