House Sitting in Western Australia

While much of Western Australia is empty desert land there are still various places to go for house sitting. These areas include cities like Perth and Kalgoorlie.

Perth is home to nearly three quarters of the people living in Western Australia. As a result this is the best place to go for house and pet sitting jobs. Although it is highly isolated from other cities it is home to various attractions. The Perth Concert Hall is a popular site for concerts and the consistently warm climate of Perth makes it popular for outdoor sports activities throughout the entire year.

Kalgoorlie, which is nearly six hundred kilometres east of Perth, is another city to check out. Kalgoorlie is popular among house sitters for its many suburbs that feature historic high class homes including Mullingar, Lamington, Golden Grove and Boulder.

The northern part of the state is home to the town of Karratha. More new homes have been built in recent years in Karratha to help with replacing old residential centres near industrial areas.

No matter where you go for house sitting in Western Australia you should be aware of the exceptional distances between cities in the state. For example, the distance between Kalgoorlie and Adelaide is more than 1,300 kilometres. It is best to look into air travel options if you are going to go somewhere in Western Australia for house sitting.
