My house is modern and easy to care for with nice verandahs to relax on and very peaceful outlook. My dog loves a daily walk and play with her ball. My cat loves a cuddle. I can get someone to mow my lawn and garden care, so I really only need my pot plants and indoor plants watered. This is a lovely small town, very friendly with good amenities.
