  • I am very comfortable with a variety of farm animals, especially horses. As a child I spent a lot of weekends on dairy and hobby farms and I also lived on a sheep/cattle farm for 6 weeks whilst on exchange in New Zealand in 2019. I also did agriculture for two years in my high school education as well as being part of the cattle team at my school where we handled and presented steers at the royal easter show. My area of expertise is certainly horses as I have been riding for 11 years now and been working in the equestrian industry for over 4 years. I am confident with all aspects of horse care and can also exercise your horses if need with either lunging or through ridden work. I am currently competing up to 90cm showjumping with placings (schooling over 1m) and Novice level dressage with placings and schooling higher. I take immense pride in the care of my horse with high attention to detail and a lot of experience. I can provide a resume with many references.

My name is Claire, and I would love to look after your fur children and home while you are on holiday. I have loved animals ever since I could talk and have been lucky enough to have a wide variety of pets, including dogs, cats, birds, guinea pigs, rabbits and horses. I love all animals and getting to know their personalities.

I have done a veterinary subject at university and projects for the RSPCA and a future vets camp when I was younger. I have worked in equestrian stables for over four years, so I understand the responsibility and time dedicated to looking after your pet. I am also a focused student and focused on the equestrian sport of showjumping and enjoy a healthy lifestyle, i.e. taking your dog for walks. I'm also not into the party scene etc. I can provide references for dog walking and my care of people's horses to those interested. I have my own car and am on my green P plates, so am flexible on locations and if I need to drive somewhere to walk your dog.
